we got a little upgrade during the stay. the staff was friendly. you need to walk some stairs before reaching the hotel. there was no elevator in the hotel but we were fine. the balcony has stunning view of Capri!

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Capri. Great location, breakfast. A clear room with balcony and amazing view, although the bathroom is tiny. Hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful.

很棒的服務、飯店很新聽說剛裝潢好的，窗外就是海景、員工很親切且很幫忙，還一直介紹要去哪各景點看風景、一抵達就送上一杯卡布，體驗很好。房間落地窗就有無敵海景。雖然飯店是位於車輛無法抵達的地方，須走一段路且會遇到樓梯，有點辛苦，不過為了服務和海景都可以接受啦。床與枕頭都好睡、房間還有小冰箱和熱水壺、還用卡布里島香水擴香、家具與備品也都用得不錯。

A nice place to be in Capri, it's really close to everything, the view of capri from your room it's fantastic. Just you need to keep in mind that if you're travelling with your grandparents or a person with any disability, it's a little problematic because to reach the hotel you need to climb stairs and it will be difficult for those kind of people.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência nesta hospedagem. A localização é ótima e o custo-benefício é muito bom, especialmente considerando os preços praticados na região de Capri. O Orlando foi extremamente atencioso durante toda a nossa estadia, sempre muito gentil, prestativo e disposto a ajudar com qualquer necessidade. O café da manhã era muito bom, e a vista do local simplesmente incrível. A vista do quarto, em especial, era de tirar o fôlego e tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. O quarto era confortável, com uma ótima cama, e as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente. O único ponto a mencionar é que o box do banheiro era muito apertado, o que acabou sendo desconfortável. No entanto, isso não prejudicou nossa estadia de forma alguma. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos e recomendamos a hospedagem para quem procura uma ótima localização, conforto e uma vista inesquecível em Capri.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. Flexible with early check in. Great breakfast to get you start of the day. Our room has a great view of the island and only a few steps to shopping and restaurants.

Receptionist Gracia was very nice and helpful and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Shower stall should have been bigger.

The location it’s perfect, close to the piazzetta and the buses. The hotel is small but you can have breakfast enjoying the most stunning view of Capri. My room was very spacious, clean and the balcony with the same amazing view. Also the staff were extremely nice and helpful, I had the best experience!!

Capri is a beautiful place and a must visit in this area of Italy. Although it is advised not to plan Capri as your last destination as Ferrys can be cancelled due to sea conditions. The room was wonderful at this hotel with a balcony overlooking the port and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient with a variety buffet breakfast, with some seating overlooking the port. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the centre of Capri, near the bus station and funicular for easy access around the island and from the port. There is also a sizeable supermarket 5 minutes or so alway. Very quiet room with no issues of outside noise and whilst we all begrudge opening our wallets; this hotel was good value for the area and includes the all important cake options that many Italian buffets include - who are we to say no! More into Capri: 1. During the off season there are fewer ferries and almost all restaurants are closed, although several cafes are open. Evening meals will require planning and DO NOT rely on Google telling you something is open as it does not usually account for the seasonal workings of these areas. 2. You are always going up or down a slope, usually via steps, when not using public transport and away from the main squares. However, if you're willing to do some walking, there are INCREDIBLE sites to see around the island

Room was nice and clean. View was Amazing. Loved breakfast and had also a great view from the dining area. The best part was Orlando. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout the visit. Also, very polite and kind. Definitely would come again and recommend highly.

This place is beautiful! The views will take your breath away. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Best of all is Orlando, the owner. He is the kindest and sweetest person in the world. He goes out of his way to help you and make you feel at home. On the morning of my departure, he made me the best macchiato I’ve ever had. And when I arrived, since it was my birthday, he bought me a rose. I recommend this place above all others. Cons: Do NOT attempt to walk up. Take the bus, a taxi, or any other method of transportation. In winter, it’s still a beautiful town but completely dead. Everything is closed, and if the weather is bad, the wind won’t even let you leave your room. The espresso at the little café right across the street that leads to the ferry costs $6.50 😝, at least for tourists. The most expensive espresso I’ve had in Italy.
