Great experience

Very dirty place with cockroaches.

good place

Overall for the price it was okay, looked like the pictures and was pretty clean, however the bed I got was really sunken in the middle and uncomfortable. Also the location is really good during the day, everything is nearby, but at night it was very noisy until around 1-2am everyday since my room was right in front of a busy street.

I had a medical emergency and the staff were kind caring and efficient They helped me to get to the hospital .

Me hospede con mi novia, 4 noches. Todo estuvo muy bien, el unico detalle fue la limpieza del baño de mujeres. (Estaba en remodelacion el baño de hombres, y estaba realmente sucio el baño de mujeres). Fuera de ese detalle, la calidad precio muy aceptable.

The showers and toilet was the big let down. The mixed showers did not have a door. There were mirrors on the far wall, allowing anyone walking by, to see the entire room, no privacy. There were no hooks or benches to place your dry cloths. The shower stall was just 90cm x 90cm in which to shower and store your dry cloths. There was a wash basin in the toilet which was broken, and had been for a long time, without being repaired. The toilet ran out of industrial size toilet paper, with no spare. The doors to the showers did not seal at the bottom, allowing a LOT of water to flow out into the main area...it was a major slip and fall danger.

There was no door to the mixed bathroom. The wall facing the door had mirrors on it that allowed anybodybin the hall/landing to view the entire change area. The 90cm x 90cm shower had no dry area to place your cloths. The shower door did not go all the way to the floor, allowing water to pool outside in the 'dry' area. The small sink in the toilet was not secured to the wall and the drain pipe was not connected.

El Personal de reception excelente es lo mejor de este Hostal, pero deben mejorar las condiciones de las instalaciones.

The description of the room said there would be air conditioning available in the room. With the window's open it was cool except for mid-day. Other rooms may have had a/c, but mine did not. The clerk was cool, but the layout of the hostel was not friendly. There were few English speakers.

It was a really nice place to stay. Staff were really nice and it was a good place to stay.

BED BUGS !!! First day of my trip, happy to arrive in my hostel which looked nice in the picture. However I landed in a dirty room, and a bed full of bed bugs... avoid it at all cost However the guys were really helpful, giving me free washing machines and dryer for my clothes + full reimbursement of my stay.

Narrow beds and a bit noisy but this is what you can accept from hostel.

The hotel is nice but definitely for young people. Only for low badget.
