It is a small hotel. The staff ran it like it was a family owned hotel.

Good breakfast. Comfort

The AC was right under the bed which we couldn't use at night sleeping when it was HOT in Gyeongju. The hotel room needs some improvements but clean. The location was good within walking distance of restaurants.

We were very pleased with the room we stayed. Big living room was bery nice.

직원분들은 친절하셨고, 방 상태도 적당하였습니다. 그런데 방을 들어서자마자 화장실에서 올라오는 하수구냄새가 은근히 나서 베란다쪽 문을 열어놓아야했으며, 화장실을 통해 담배연기도 올라왔습니다. 주차장뷰 방이라서 잘 때 베란다문을 닫았으나 새벽에 바깥에서 사람들이 떠드는 소리가 들렸고, 복도에서도 말하는 소리가 드리고, 다른 방에서 튼 TV소리조차 들려 방음은 별로라고 생각했습니다.

not so good not so bad

This hotel was my first hotel stay in Korea for a long time. For the price of the hotel, I wish it include continental breakfast. Hotel was clean and service was quick and responsive. My room had one double and one single beds that were comfortable even though the room felt a little tight (two adults). There are several restaurants where served western food within walking distance.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff and very clean. Easy to deal with too.

I made a reservation for 4 people, but I knew 3 people at the hotel. There was an unpleasant smell.

Basic hotel - clean, does the job. Breakfast not particularly great. Within walking distance of a cinema complex with good dining options.

I enjoyed staying here. It is located at a small low hill side. A good walk (exercise) from Bomun Lake. The price is very good compared to expensive 5 start hotels around.

The place was nice and clean and they provided a good breakfast. Don't expect every member of the staff to speak english but you will always find a friendly and helping hand to solve a problem or accommodate your request. I wood book it again if I would visit the town once more.

every thing was ok. Breakfast was good. One not good thing is that my friend room's bathroom had bad smell when he opened the bathroom door.

It was a nice clean basic room. I like the brutalist architecture evident in the hotel's exterior. It was evocative of those concrete slab goverment buildings Stalin was fond of. Five stars. Magnifico!!!!!

The hotel seems older than I expected. No staff was available at night or early in the morning.
