O hotel da cadeia Best western e alguns são bons outros nem tanto. Este na categoria dos nem Tanto. Vamos lá. O hotel tem uma excelente localização por estar há poucos minutos do metrô, do tram (quase na porta) e a pé alguns minutos para as principais atrações turísticas. O interior do hotel precisa de uma reforma, modernizar o ambiente. O quarto é grande, tem tudo muito bom, cama - banheiro - limpo e o ar condicionado que é ótimo. O café da manhã tem variedade, mas se ficar muito tempo deve enjoar, não muda nada de um dia para outro. Ficaria novamente..

The room was clean although the carpet had a musky scent

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast selection was a little limited for hot food, but plenty of other things to choose from. Would definitely stay there again. Location was walking distance to the center of Sofia.

L’hôtel est dans son ensemble convenable. À 10min à pied de Vitosha. Cependant, il y a de la moisissure entre les joints de la douche. Petit déjeuner buffet raisonnable. Pour l’ensemble ça va.

Convenient transportation

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Indican que tienen parqueo pero no es así. Subcontratan un parqueo a 300-400 metros del hotel por un costó adicional.

Location was great and check-in easy. Breakfast was very good! Only minus for few details in breakfast why it felt it wasn't finslized: some products missed spoons for taking products, and all warm product weren't warm at all, even I visites at the start of the breakfast. But very good stay overall.

Rooms are pretty bad. Need a serious upgrade.

Staff very nice and helpful early check in and late check out. Also managed my mistake by creating 2 beds for my kids room which I forget to ask for. Large rooms for suites and excellent price Breakfast was high quality and filling . Well done.
