Det er stort sprik mellom standard som vises på bilder og den leiligheten vi fikk. Leiligheten var gammel og slitt.

Perfect location and personel. Rooms ok for the price.

Var en lägenhet en bit ifrån hotellet. Trodde att lägenheten skulle ligga i anslutning till hotellet men var 10 minuter ifrån i ett hyreshus. Kan nu förstå varför italienare blir irriterande när turister tar in på ”hotell” i ett hyreshus. Balkongen var med utsikt över byggarbetsplats och saknade möbler. Vi stannade en natt och återvänder inte.

Dirty apartment, no A/C, just one portable AC weak for one room Elevator is not working Smell smoke Show on line it is hotel but it is apartment too far away from hotel .

We booked the la Castellana hotel. We came to check into the room and found out that not only our room is a 5 min drive away from the hotel but also that the hotel is an apartment hotel a fact which wasn't written. In addition to the drive we had to do to another street we had to go 4 floors by foot because the elevator is broken and we have 3 luggage. The apartment itself doesn't have an A/C(only in one room). Terrible beds. Broken parts in the rooms. The main desk closes at 22.

Ei ollut kovin siistiä, kaikkialla likaa. Vuodevaatteet olivat vanhoja ja tunkkaisia. Sijainniltaan meille sopiva.

Our stay in Bergamo was just great. La Castellana was nicely placed in Cita Bassa, 25 min. walk from Citta Alta. The apartment was on the 3rd. floor with no lift. It's layout was very strange, and so was the interior. There was hardly any glasses, plates or cutlery, which was a minus. The staff was nice and helpful when we were in need of assistance. We will definetely return to Bergamo, but not to La Castellana.

We needed to wait for a long time for someone to open the main door both at the time of arrival and during check out. The page of the hotel advertise free parking but it wasn't. The "free" parking was on the street and only during the night. When we asked for a longer parking place the hotel charged us 10€. The staff was very nice and polite despite those problems!

El lugar donde nos laojaron no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Yo en un principio pensaba que era una habitación de hotel, al recibir la confirmación ponía partamento, bueno eso me da igual, pero desde luego el lugar no se corresponde con la calida que tenía la recepción.Nos recibió el personal de limpieza y tenían bastantes problemas con la comunicación en inglés. Al ir a pagar la tasa turística sólo acepatabn efectivo y no tenían cambios, lo cual supuso un problema. Que decir de la limpieza del "apartamento", mas bien no limpieza y muy mal olor a desagüe. No reomendaría este lugar a nadie, a no ser que te dejen dormir en la recepción que si que estaba limpia y cuidada al detalle.

There is no unique about this apartment room. Shower area is tiny, thing inside the room are old. Power trip if you turn on your AC and washer. Between this apartment and the hotel reception is more than 5 minutes walk. To the train station at least 15mins

La experiencia a sido de 10 en todo momento. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son nuevas y están muy limpias. Los chicos de recepción muy atentos, la chica que nos recibió nos ayuda a hacer una guía para ver las cosas más importantes y nos recomendó sitios para comer y cenar que nos encantaron. En definitiva si vuelvo a Bérgamo volvería a ir a este hotel seguro.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment with comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Kitchen sparsely equipped but hotel happy to help with anything needed. The apartment was up near to the old city and has a bakery next door, however it is up quite a climb - not a problem for us but would have been if we'd been less able, had a wheelchair etc etc. The hotel staff were lovely and happy to help out when we wanted extra pillows

Amazing helpful staff and good location. Breakfast was amazing for continental and staff could do not do enough for guests. This hotel should be nothing short of 4 star. Rooms were clean, staff were knowledgeable about local area and any questions we had and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bergamo, it was perfect.
