I could't imagine how wonderful of this hotel. Their staffs and hospitality are wonderful. You will never forget the spectacular lake, the mountains and such a peaceful and quite place. The hotel room is combination of modern and country, clean and warm. The welcome drinks and goodbye gift are so warm-hearted. I am expecting the next visit of this hotel shortly, thank you everyone !

Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. The service with the luggage at the gondola station was very friendly at first; however, we only learned later that this came with additional charges, which was disappointing. Check-in itself was friendly and efficient. The spa area is very nice and clearly a highlight of the hotel. The bar has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service did not feel professional enough to justify the overall price level of the Hotel. Unfortunately, a lack of basic guest care stood out: I developed a headache and had forgotten my migraine medication (my fault). As there is no pharmacy in the village, I was surprised that the hotel could not provide even a basic painkiller. It took two hours before a single paracetamol tablet was organized. Location and overall experience was stellar

Sehr schöner Spa mit Kindern. Wenig besucht, könnte etwas mehr Kinder I’m Kids Club haben. Feine Auswahl a Restaurants. Frühstückbuffet nicht sehr exklusiv, aber alles fein und praktisch.

Sehr saubere, helle und geräumige Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Kinderfreundliches Hotel und sehr kinderfreundliche Aktivitäten in der direkten Umgebung.

The location of the hotel is stunning! It was a great place to go relax and be in nature. I definitely felt like it was more of a good 3 star hotel. Not much personality, and the spa, although nice, is just too small for that many people, with no towels!!!! You have to take the one towel per person they give you in the room. Personnel were great and friendly.

Schönes Hotel in den Bergen. Gastronomie hält mit dem Hotelanspruch nicht mit.

Das Hotel an sich ist wunderbar und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Italiener im Lake ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Angestellten sind bezaubernd und professionell. Allerdings fehlt die persönliche Note. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarte ich kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine Schöggeli auf dem Zimmer oder frische Früchte zur Begrüssung. Körperpflegeprodukte gehören eigentlich zur Grundausstattung, auch hier fehlte beispielsweise eine Creme oder Bodylotion. Schade.

Ich habe dieses Hotel als Geschenk für meine Freunde gebucht, weil ich bereits 2x dort war und jedesmal so begeistert bin. Für mich mit Abstand das schönste Wellness Hotel in der Schweiz. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Meine Freunde waren auch sehr begeistert und planen schon die nächste Reise.

Superschönes Hotel und wunderbare Aussicht von der Restaurantterrasse! Frühstück war fein.

Beim Check in 12.15 Uhr war Herr Lukas alleine. Er hat einem Paar vor uns ein perfektes Check in gemacht. Wir mussten deshalb 15 Minuten gelangweilt an der Rezeption warten. Es wurde niemand dazu gerufen.Für ein solches Haus nicht akzeptierbar. Sollte doch der Urlaub sofort entspannt beginnen. Extra einen Rotwein am Mittag mit dem Wunsch vorher am Tisch zu öffnen bestellt. Leider vergessen gegangen. (Ch. Chasse Spleen 2019). Für die Preisklasse der Zimmer eine sehr entäuschende Champagner -& Weinkarte. Essen und Ambiente sehr schön

Nos hospedamos no Frutt Mountain Resort entre 22 e 24 de junho e tivemos uma experiência absolutamente incrível. Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidos por uma equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Eles cuidaram de cada detalhe, garantindo que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. O resort está localizado em um local maravilhoso, cercado por paisagens de tirar o fôlego. A vista deslumbrante das montanhas e do lago nos proporcionou momentos de paz e contemplação únicos. As instalações do resort são de alto nível. A piscina e o spa são excelentes, oferecendo um espaço perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as energias. Além disso, as opções de café da manhã e refeições especiais foram excepcionais, com uma variedade de pratos deliciosos que agradaram a todos os gostos. Um destaque especial foi a forma como a equipe do resort fez do aniversário da nossa filha um dia inesquecível. Eles organizaram uma celebração especial, tornando a ocasião ainda mais mágica e memorável. Recomendamos fortemente o Frutt Mountain Resort para quem busca uma experiência de luxo em meio à natureza, com um serviço impecável e uma atenção aos detalhes que faz toda a diferença. Mal podemos esperar para voltar!
