Washroom was a bit smelly when we entered the room.

住宿很好！很现代的一家酒店，前台服务热情礼貌，很不错！只是地理位置不太好找，特别是刚下火车第一次去的话，我们是打了出租找到的。

One word to discribe "fantastic" moreover, the hotel's maneger was being really nice, he helps us a lot when the day we arrived. However, we woke up pretty late in the other day, so we asked if there was still breakfast, and they said yes we could still have breakfast, but actually they've already stopped. The service in this hotel is seriously fantastic awesome!! Thank you so muc~ i had a wonderful relaxing week :)

Sehr freundliches Personal, mit guten Sightseeing-Tipps. Recht sauber. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer für 2 Pers. gebucht, das lt. Expedia eine Terrasse/Patio beinhalten sollte. Es gibt diese Zimmer, aber sie gehören nicht zum Standard. Wer also Privatsphäre durch Balkon o.ä. erwartet, wird enttäuscht, denn die Standardzimmer haben weder eine Terrasse, noch einen Balkon. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse auf der 3. Etage, mit mehreren Gruppen aus Stühlen mit je einem Tisch. Nachdem wir das bemängelt hatten, hat das Personal sofort versucht, uns zu helfen, aber die Zimmer mit Terrasse waren bereits ausgebucht. Hier ein großes Lob an die Dame an der Rezeption, denn sie hat sich wirklich bemüht, obwohl sie uns zuvor gezeigt hatte, dass eine Terrasse nicht für das gebuchte Zimmer vorgesehen ist. Wer also häufiger an die frische Luft möchte, sollte beim Standardzimmer die dritte Etage wählen. Zur Lage: Die nächste Station Gianturco ist ca. 600 m zu Fuß entfernt. Das klingt erstmal gut, aber das Hotel ist ziemlich abgelegen. Abends mal kurz weg bedeutet immer, dass man mit der Metro fahren muss. Und Achtung: Das Inhouse-Restaurant des Hotels Tiempo ist der Frühstücksraum des anliegenden Hotels Magri's. Nicht zu empfehlen! Nicht nur das Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig, sondern auch das Essen. Nach einer anstrengenden Tour waren wir zu erschöpft, um noch mit der Metro in die Stadt zu fahren, aber das "Restaurant" bietet Mahlzeiten, die beim Frühstück übrig geblieben sind. :-(

Staff very good and clean hotel. Refreshments are the biggest issue. Outside of restaurant times nowhere to get drinks/food without going to neighbour hotel. Disappointing not to at least have a kettle in room.

Great stay and excellent value! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. We stayed in a family room for three and found it perfect for our needs. Plus, having free parking was a massive plus. Would definitely stay again!

The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water.

The breakfastwas to be expected for a 3 star hotel Plenty of choice .only downside was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in rooms

Hotellet ligger i et knapt så pænt kvarter. Der kom to skoleklasser i flere dage og overnattede. Larm og meget dårlig morgenmad.

The surrounding area seemed to be an old district. But it is near a train/subway station

Meget fin valuta for pengene, meget rent og komfortabelt og virkelig hjælpsomt personale. Fin morgenmads buffet Skal med offentlig transport eller gå lidt for at være i centrum, men til gengæld meget stille tager i betragtning det er Napoli,

Ho prenotato questo albergo per un viaggio di lavoro. Una cosa semplice per una notte. Sul website indicava palestra in loco. Al mio arrivo, la palestra e' chiusa. Non sono stata informata al riguardo. Ne prima, ne una volta effettuata la prenotazione. Non permettono cibo in camera da asporto da altri posti al difuori dell'albergo anche questa informazione non comunicata prima. Una volta in camera la camera non era accogliente. Sono immediatamente scesa e ho sono andata via senza nemmeno usare la stanza. Ho dovuto prenotare un altra struttura. E quando ho chiesto un rimborso, o parziale o minimo mi e' stato detto che non era possibile.
