无论如何这都不是一家四星级酒店，除了地理位置好，其他都是最多2星标准。房间很小，房内设施也很不好用，只有一个插座，淋浴水忽冷忽热，空调经常自己停止不工作。床头设计更是令人不解，我碰了两次头。明知我们长途旅行有大行李箱，还安排了需要抬行李上数级台阶的房间。房间里没有一瓶免费水，不提供拖鞋，要也没有。我不知道它的高评分是怎么来的。提醒大家避免这家酒店。

Good experience and staffs were kindly enough to provide informations, they even guided us to intersection to good restaurants!

Clean room. Good location

Maravilloso hotel situado en el centro muy cómodo y limpio.

Chambre bien, mais 1 des 2 lits tres avachis, lamelles de parquet manquantes, reostat de climatisation defectueux, manque de prises electriques. Mais le prix bas de cette location est en rapport avec l’etat de l’hotel. Il est convenable mais necessite une renovation. Petit dejeuner, buffet, satisfaisant mais un peu cher, au prix de 14 euros.

We stayed four days. Good location and the staff were nice and willing to help. We loved this hotel.

Convenient location. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. There was a small pool that I had all to myself when I used it.

Lovely staff, great location

The hotel is on a recently renovated building, very close to all main attractions in the city center. We enjoyed very much our stay. BEWARE: The hotel recommends you to stay at the Parking Plaza del Arenal and send you a link to make a reservation, which has to be paid by credit card at least 2 hours before arrival. If you do so, there is a very attractive reduced rate of approximately 10 euros per day. The system advertises it accepts all major credit cards, but none my US based cards didn’t go through and used an European based card. Unfortunately during the transaction my card was stolen and when I arrived home found that the card had a charge of 200 euro from a money transfer company (same day and around the same time I was also paying for the parking online!!). Yesterday I had to file a claim with the bank. I now have to wait 2 weeks to see what happens. Not sure what the outcome will be as the transaction went through EVEN THOUGH I never authorized it. Lesson learned! This is the kind of service that I will never pay online again.

El alojamiento me pareció estupendo , la situación es estupenda , y el hotel en general está fantástico , lo único que no me gustó fueron las sábanas , muy sintéticas . Todo lo demás .. muy bien,.,,.!!

Muy bien situado. Calidad-precio correcta. El colchón y las almohadas mejorables. Habitación ruidosa. Había obras en la piscina, por lo que todo el acceso a sauna, baño turco y gimnasio estaba cerrado (podían haberlo avisado al hacer la reserva), la caja de seguridad no funcionaba y finalmente no vinieron a arreglarla. No aplicaron privilegios silver, ni ninguna compensación por los servicios que no tenían operativos. No hubo ninguna botella de vino de regalo cómo se anunciaba.

Clean, friendly staff, some stuff inside our room like hair dryer didn’t work. Also, leaking shower but all around great experience. Walkable area and great location.

Perfectly located. A little gem although in the summer the pool area which is on the terrace admits only 6 people at a time.
