พนักงานบริการดีมาก เเต่หมอนเเข็งไป เเต่สามารถโทรไปขอหมอนนุ่นได้. เเต่ที่ไม่พอใจคือพนักงาน Front office พูดว่าโทรมาขอได้ เราไม่ได้เก็บไว้ในห้อง ทางเราเก็บไว้ให้ลูกค้าระดับเท่านั้น คืออะไรค่ะ ใช่คำไม่ถูกเลยค่ะเหมือนเเบ่งชนชั้น นี้นอนโรงเเรมห้าดาวมาเยอะพอสมควร ยังไม่มีใครพูดจาเเบบนี้เลยค่ะ.

Kamar sea fan deluxenya bersih kebetulan saya mendapatkan kamar yang menghadap ke laut, resortnya cukup asri, pegawe hotelnya ramah, sarapan cukup banyak variasi, negatifnya letak hotel agak jauh dari pantai sudah jalan utama, dari kamar ke lobby harus melalui jalan tanjakan.

It's the second time I stayed here at Mandarava and it is still a wonderful experience. There were some issues with the bathroom but it was very quickly rectified. The room was gorgeous and I really enjoy the serenity of this place.

Comfortable room with great views, friendly staff and very delicious buffet brekkie. The pools are nice and well maintained. Only downside would be the distance of the hotel from karon shops. While it is only a 15-20 mins walk, it's an uphill walk back to the hotel on the way back.
