Great location. Super comfy beds. Room could have been a little cleaner, it was a bit dusty and some marks on the walls. Staff were lovely and a reasonable selection for breakfast

The reception lady was frosty and unhelpful but the overall experience was adequate. Be sure to park in a nearby parking lot which is only 3-5 EUR depending on when you arrive.

Ideel centraal gelegen hotel voor een dagtrip naar het mooie Troyes. Kamer was netjes maar niet heel goed onderhouden. Zoals losse toiletbril. Verblijf was verder prima maar het ontbijt viel ons zeer tegen. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht te noemen. Parkeren was 20 euro per dag voor het hotel.

The hotel was adequately clean; breakfast was really nice; parking was a challenge - would recommend parking in a nearby parking lot which is free from 19:00-09:00.

We have stayed at the Royal before and it is very convenient for walking into old town of Troyes and there is either parking outside and another car park across the road. Rooms were perfect and had air conditioning which was lovely seen as we stayed in the heatwave of 36 degrees at the time.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war gut, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Good choice for a stop in Troyes when travelling through France, short walk to historic city centre with bars and restaurants. Rooms comfortable and well maintained with air conditioning. Parking available nearby for a few euros overnight if none in front of the hotel.
