Amazing staff and a very convenient location

I’ve never seen in my life a check out at 10 in the morning. The rooms were TERRIBLE. We just book for a night of sleep from 11pm to next morning.we payed and We DIDNT stay. Walked 2 blocks down and payed for another hotel. The guy from the desk refused to cancel. This is a HOSTEL Not a HOTEL.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. It’s close to everything and stuff were friendly. I’d definitely stay again.

Great option for exploring downtown, as the location is as good as it gets. It’s just next to the plaza without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Solid breakfast with strong coffee. My only complaint as a 6’2 / 187 cm guest is that the beds were a bit short.

I had a very comforting stay at this property. The staff were truly amazing, helpful, kind, compassionate, caring, amicable and always went the extra mile whenever i needed help with something, needed something. My room was what i needed and always came back to it clean. The breakfast provided every morning was very healthy, natural, and appreciated for sure. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pricing was good on the pockets also. Thank you to Everyone at Hotel Cusco Plaza Nazarenas. My experience with you all was truly amazing and I am truly grateful and thankful for the stay and experience.

Cusco Plaza Nazarenas superou as minhas expectativas. Sempre limpo, café da manhã agradável - sem variações, mas o básico para encarar o dia: café sucos, pães, geleia, ovos, manteiga e cereais. O atendimento é regular, mas eles são bem prestativos e na recepção tem sempre um chá de coca para os hóspedes. A localização é muito boa, bem próxima à Plaza de Armas.

Room was super small, not clean. Nothing to do. Staff not very helpful, only one person at a time. It was so bad that we checked out after the first night even though I paid for three nights. The ONLY highlight if any is its excellent location, only about three minutes walk to main plaza.

スタッフさんがとても親切で色々気を使ってくれてとても良かったです。 ホテル側の都合でこちらのナサレナスからサフィーに変更になりましたがサフィーがかなり広くて得しました。 エクスペディアさんのアプリもその変更情報が共用できてたらもっと最高ですけどね。 何故かアプリは変更してなくて、この感想もナサレナスについてしまうみたい。

The reception guy is super nice, he helped us to call taxi, carried all our luggages to the truck. The room was fantastic for budget travellers, warm and cozy. I had a room that faces the historic street and buildings. Hotel is located right in the Center, it’s only one block away from main square. Easy to get to any restaurants or sights. Love the service and hotel in general. We high recommend this hotel and would definitely choose this one again the next time!

Básico, hay mejores opciones!! Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación súper céntrica á el area turística de la ciudad de Cusco (2 minutos caminado de la Plaza de Armas). Sin embargo existen muchas cosas que podrían mejorar: desayuno es bastante básico en comparación a otros hoteles del área, además me ofrecieron una habitación con vista a la plazoleta de las Nazarenas y no fue así, la habitación no fue del todo cómoda porque nos limitaban el consumo de agua caliente en una temporada donde la temperatura ambiente baja bastante (noviembre), la habitación 304 tiene una ventana inmensa que a las 5:30 am cuando sale el sol no deja dormir más (solicitamos ayuda con este tema para poder descansar bien y nunca nos ayudaron, nos tocó improvisar con sábanas de otra cama como cortinas), y por último el personal nunca mostró una actitud de solución a nuestras solicitudes. Desde mi punto de vista por el precio pagado hay opciones y servicios mejores.
