Great hotel in the city center of Hat Yai. Near Kim Yong Market, easy to find foods. We got room 803 on the 8th floor, and the room also has a balcony, so we can view around the hotel from above. Great view from the room. Hatyai is easy to go around, there's a Maxim Car service that can take you around to the interesting places in Hatyai.

Hotel dengan lobby cukup besar dan ada 2 akses pintu masuk, Lokasi 5 menit ke lee garden kelebihannya posisi pas depan pasar kim young yang banyak jual makanan buat oleh oleh, kamar luas, kelengkapan kamar juga lumayan lengkap, kekurangannya adalah bell boy tidak tanggap, ketika CI dan CO hanya melihat saja, tidak mau bawakan koper kami, Kelebihannya FO-nya sangat ramah dan bersedia membantu ketika konfirmasi travel van kami yang ada kendala antara hatyai balik penang, Mereka membantu telepon dengan biaya gratis, thank a lot vl hotel hatyai.

It's hard to get transportation at the hotel, you have to walk some distance in order to get a tuk tuk. The walkway & lift has no air cond so it's stuffy. Service staff also took a very long time to checked our booking.

เป็นโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้ตลาดกิมหยงที่สุด ทำให้เวลาซื้อของมาเยอะๆก็นำกลับมาเก็บที่โรงแรมแล้วกลับออกไปซื้อใหม่ได้อย่างสะดวก เนื่องจากโรงแรมตั้งอยู่มุมถนนสาย1 ซึ่งไม่ค่อยแออัดดังนั้นถ้าพักบนชั้นสูงๆก็จะเห็นวิวเมืองหาดใหญ่อย่างสวยงาม มีข้อติ อย่างเดียวคือห้องน้ำเล็กไปนิด และที่จอดรถต้องเดินข้ามถนนกลับมา
