我每次去曼谷肯定都会预订这家酒店，但总是很晚才入住，必须下午3点吗？为什么有房间就让我们先入住？非要等到实际入住时间吗？但退房必须在中午12点，不能晚，如果晚了就要收费。他们会一直打电话告知必须在中午12点前退房，这样很好。晚入住和准时退房都很好。非常好，非常好。

The room smells so bad. Smells pee! There was few girls in the receptionist but seems like they don't need the job. Only the door man was kind of helpful. Stayed here because there was no other option. All hotels near by platinum mall was totally full. There is a hotel named ten stars (walking distance) more better than this htl, they even have washing machine there & the staffs are amazing there.

Sangat dekat ke mana-mana… Kamarnya lumayan luas, bersih… Next time ke sini lagi menginap.

The bedroom is quite clean. The lamp post in the bedroom so dusty. In the bathroom wall there is a dry dead small insect.

The receptionists were really disappointing, they need to be trained or replaced totally. They acted like guests owed them money or something. The staff taking care of luggage at the front door were really helpful and friendly, the cleaning lady for our room was really nice, too. The hotel in general needs to be renovated all over again since it 's extremely aged, run down badly and smelled like sh*t. Also, the layout of our room specifically 's weird and scary because of the two large-sized mirrors directly facing our beds, that 's why we had to keep the lights on all night.

Staff hotel tidak ramah, kamar berdebu. Ac gak dingin. Ranjang berkutu, angker.

Bagus sekali hotelnya sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini.

Very affordable for room with bathtub and surrounded by market and night market, room kind of old fashioned bit they have a great service

Only the wifi that made us uncomfortable. Very slow and sometimes down.

Saya sangat puas dan sangat senang sekali.

Jangan coba-coba nginap 3 orang dalam 1 kamar meski dengan anak/kekuarga. Kami harus beli lagi 1 kamar.

Hotel berada di Pratunam. Walaupun agak sepi menuju hotel, tapi tetap menyenangkan. Hotel mewah harga murah.

Hotel luas, bersih, nyaman. Depan Pasar Pratunam. Yang jual makan banyak. Cocok buat yang suka kuliner & shopping kalau tinggal di sini harga hotel tidak terlalu mahal.

Hotel yang oldies tapi sangat strategis. Dekat ke 7-Eleven, Pasar Pratunam, restoran halal dan stasiun Airport Link.
