在房內SPA 很好,舒服

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast are very delicious, especially the dishes with fish.

It’s out of my expectation, it’s very very clean and the staff team is very polite, helpful and most of the front desk staffs speak English. We enjoyed the Onsen inside our room very much which is big enough for two of us. However, I m not very happy with the dinner as there are only 3 slices of Wagyu beef which is way too little. The breakfast is ok. On the other hand, the front desk need to upgrade their sense of security to customers’ luggage temporarily stored behind. The security needs to be improved. I left my luggage with the reception and they just left it around the reception corner. No ticket-butt was given to me for storage of luggage. Anyone go up to the reception and point to the luggage they will give it to you without identification check, security needs to be improved in this regard.

Dinner was good. Staffs are nice.

Very good onsen hotel with great service and meals

Although the hotel is not large-scale, it’s very comfortable with good staff, environment and room essentials.

旅館雖在山坡上但有接駁車接送很方便 此次2人訂了12 帖榻榻米大的房間 4人住都足夠 房內有按摩椅很有力道 在房內吃晚餐 一道一道菜上 豐富精緻吃很久 房間以花命名 鑰匙牌上的題字與房內所掛的畫作相呼應 真是細膩心思

一泊二食很美味，有車由酒店至有馬駅，但離開時要早點預約。 溫泉浴場沒有毛巾提供，要在房間帶去。 房間內的按摩椅，令人喜出望外！

Food and hot spring is nice. But hot spring is indoor in the room and no window.

清整、值得去住、雖然房是细小小，但整體尚好

床不舒服，英文很差，交代的事都不清楚

整體都很好, 職員有禮, 房間舒適, 食物豐富美味, 温泉舒適, 浸後真的消除疲勞. 唯一不足的是,未知是否人手不足, 在房間晚飯後, 等了一個多小時也沒人回來收拾.
