房间和酒店都不错。但作为行政俱乐部房，简直糟透了，一文不值。免费迷你吧空空如也，俱乐部餐食也总是空空如也，而且不好吃，甚至可能不新鲜。他们有气泡水机，但我们那层楼的那个坏了。

Nice place and very accommodating staff.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at this property are great.

The hotel is great. Carpeted. Clean rooms. Good food and amenities. Allows special requests from guests. The queue for check in and check out takes a long time, though, like an hour or almost an hour. They should add more people in the reception area to address this. Also, clients should be informed beforehand that the use of the pool is not unlimited. The schedule is only from 9am to 5pm although during my stay they added more hours since there were a lot of guests. You are just given one hour per guest to use the pool and you have to book the schedule with the operator.

We reserved 2 weeks before our desired schedule. The bed we chose was a king sized bed. But when we arrived and checked in, I got surprised because they ran out of available kind sized bed and offered us 2 single beds. There was also a voltage and power fluctuation during our stay. We woke up in the middle of the night due to the warm temperature.

My kids had a great time and experience!

my husband left his pants and belt in the room but the customer servce told me that they did not see any pants after we left but my husband is super sure 100% that its in the cabinet. I am planning to have the cctv check
