The service at this hotel was the best i have ever encountered at any hotel i ever stayed at in the past.

for how much we paid, this was not worthwhile. pool seemed mirky/dirty, although we went in the afternoon. late lunch was quite pricy.

Excellent property. Great location, friendly staff, terrific restaurant, and outstanding breakfast. Shuttle service to airport, beach and surrounding area. Very helpful staff.

Very close to the airport - only a few minutes by car....though the collection (which they organise) can take some time to arrive. Had a very warm welcome from the reception staff and was booked in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. Outdoor pool was a much needed refreshment. We ate at the mall opposite the hotel which had a fair amount of choices. Had breakfast at the hotel, which we all enjoyed - plenty to choose from. Check out was quick and easy too. Would happily come back to The Four Points again and can absolutely recommend it.

The location is convenient but the hotel is expensive compared with what you get. The breakfast has limited options and the bedrooms are small and antiquated.

Hotel is just 3min in car from the airport, the Staff is friendly, smoth check in.

This was a quick stop before a flight. The place is about the best Four Points that we have been in . Super staff especially JERRY. Great breakfast, very neat and clean.

Clean and friendly service

We stayed one night before heading to join a group at an all-inclusive. The free shuttle from the airport was easy to use. The king size unit was small but clean and suited our needs for one night. The room amenities include a coffee maker, iron/ ironing board and the usual hotel toiletry items. The property was clean and is across the steet from a mall with plenty of restaurants. We ate dinner at Burlao Grill and both the service and food were great. We could hear doors shut and others talking past our door but it was not bothersome. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and room service was on point. The breakfast menu was very good and the pastries always fresh and delicious

The entire staff and especially Lydia and the front desk staff were phenomenal

Before checking me in they asked for my charge card to deduct the daily processing fee.Staff would not work with me regarding leaving a day early as American Airlines advised a American east coast storm was predicted and for that reason I was allowed to reschedule my flight WITHOUT A FEE.
