They tried to put us in a dirty room, not even touched by house cleaning yet. The next room they gave us was a bit bigger. When we came back from dinner we found a strange man in our room doing maintenance. We complained and asked for a full refund, looking to stay somewhere else that night. Because of the awful experience, but we were told no, and we could only have a 20% discount on a future stay at that same Hotel. To which I am never staying again.

Needed to find a hotel quickly after our condo flooded, so we stayed here because it was nearby! Staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. They helped us get access to some basic hygiene necessities and made it easy for us to extend our stay without having to change rooms!

Some areas need renovations (curtains torn in dining area) and renos are in progress. Loved the welcoming lobby/lounge with nice warm light!

Could hear coughing and when peoples doors closed all night. Its a nice hotel, pool is good for kids, free breakfast with eggs etc. Just wish it was more sound proof.

Close to market and outlet stores. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff were very helpful.

Nice location, right beside the St-Jacob's market. Nice pool and kids splash pad. There was a sulfar smell in the building.

We stayed in and used the pool. Pool was a little cold and the jets being in the pool were annoying, no towels for swimming so we did have to drip on slippery floors back to our room. My main reason for the stay was to give my grandbabies a night of swimming if It was just for a place to stay I would say great location. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place pool was nice. Breakfast great. Room was renovated and up to date. Great restaurant beside "Jacks" amazing food and affordable prices.
