The property was modern, clean and located perfectly. The only downside was the outside noise at night from the busy road. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. Boat rides and weekend vintage markets. Walkable. Livable. Amazing. I never felt safer and like a local. People were kind everywhere and appreciated when you spoke to them in Spanish. I love this property and this city.

Location was near areas we wanted to walk and apartment was clean but the area is near night clubs and you hear people coming back from the bars in the middle of the night.

The apartment at Aspasios Las Ramblas was beautiful and clean with many modern amenities. The location was great - close to lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

The apartment was well appointed, clean, and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved having an apartment space in Spain. Having a balcony was really nice and a washing machine. Unfortunately, there was no dryer but we hang dried our clothes in the apartment and it was fine. Pro was contact-less check in and check out. Con was we were unable to do an early check in and had to drop out luggage off at another Aspasios hotel site (3 train stops away). Another con was that they would come into our apartment without notice, to either clean the apartment or work on things that needed to be fixed. I wouldn't have minded if we got a notification that they would be coming. There were also no extra pillows or blankets or towels. Just 2 pillows/bed and 2 throw pillows, 1 blanket for the bed and just enough towels for 2 people.

My family and I just spent 4 nights in the apartment. The check in experience wasn't smooth, though the service person was very polite and explained all I've asked. The wifi was really really bad - I couldn't even complete my flight check in using my laptop. We complained about it and someone came to check but it didn't really help. On the last night, we finally heard water droppoing in one of the bath rooms - it came from the aprtment above. It was late and we had to call the emergency line. They did answered but since it was late and water stoppped, there was nothing to do. The location of the partment is perfect (though you hear noise from the street). but we were disappointed because of the issue with the wifi and the water

Property is well situated and in fairly good condition. We had no hot water more than once. The interior space is on level with a 4 star accommodation. They are very cheap on amenities. They literally count the towels at one per person, and request to charge you for more. They present you with a list of charges (up to 100s of euro) the expect to impose on you at leaving if you don’t wash the dishes or take out the garbage. You will receive a letter and constant text messages starting the day before asking you when you are leaving. You will get the same number of towels and coffee capsules if you stay 1 day or longer - there is no thought to refresh the room during your stay.

Great location. Has all the amenities we need. Having a kitchen and washer is great. Bring ear plugs because it can be noise at night.

Good location just not what we expected for a place to stay while on vacation.

The property has a great location, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Their booking system was great in how informative it was. The negatives, however, may outweigh the positive. Street noise trickles in to the apartment constantly - it was very hard to sleep. The beds were not great, and neither were the sheets (only a fitted sheet provided, not a flat sheet), plus a comforter. There was construction going on within the building and outside of it. I wish I had known that prior to booking.

We checked in after hours and our instructions to collect keys were easy and straight forward. The staff on reception during the day were extremely helpful with any queries/problems we had. This appartment was very clean and we were really impressed with the cooking facilities.

Great central location. Rooms very spacious and well equipped. Didn’t like that it didn’t have 24 hour reception. The noise from some of the guests for example slamming doors was deafening!

Great position, the apartment has everything you need. The Aspasios team are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, we were very happy here.

Great location - less than a minute to las Ramblas, although this street itself might seem a bit dodgy. There's grocers, fast food and souvenir shops right next door. The flat itself was very clean with new bathrooms and all amenities. Admin very helpful and right next door.

Great location and lovely apartment. Had everything we needed and more. The washing machine was a bonus. The location was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Gaining access late in the evening upon arrival was made so easy and straightforward. Would definitely stay there again if I was visiting Barcelona.

Great Location. 15 minute walk to Placa Catalunya. Where most of the tours meet. Despite what other comments have said, i didnt hear much street noise at all. Only a tiny bit on Friday night, but it wasnt even enough to keep me awake. Stayed tues-sun
