Room was spacious and clean. Pools were beautiful. Landscaping was beautiful. Brekfast buffet was delicious.

The perfect stay for us as a couple. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub due to our excursions but the staff are so friendly and the food was excellent!

Large rooms, great pizza and other food was really delicious (large portions). Staff is friendly and very helpful when we asked questions. Kid pool is small and perfect depth.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the room included breakfast. It was very convenient and many of the tour operators offered pick up for different excursions. It is nothing fancy, but absolutely met our needs.

It’s a great property just in he right location; little away from main tourist spots which means quiet, and close to the activities and tours. One of the pick up locations for the tours operators.

Room was well kept, the gals at front desk were excellent! Very helpful. Nice views from the villas.

We stayed in the villa which was perfect for our group of 6. We enjoyed the living space it provided and used the large table to play games in the evening. The washer and dryer were a bonus! The property is close to La Fortuna as well as many attractions though a vehicle is really needed to get around (or Uber). Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The deck surface is rough so flip flops were needed. Breakfast was great (buffet with good options). Swim towels were provided which was handy. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and had wonderful pizza. Cons: The shower never got hot in the one bathroom. There aren’t really places to hang bath towels.

The hotel is well located. The restaurant is good, and the staff is very friendly. As for the room, the bathrooms are uncomfortable, cramped, with half doors and labyrinthine entrances. The pool is 10 times smaller than it looks in the advertising photos, and only five people can fit in it without losing privacy.

Our casita with the view of the volcano was great and the staff were super friendly.The breakfast could have been better with more protein options.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa for 2 adults and 2 older teens. It was perfect for us - lots of space and close to the pool. The king and 2 queen beds were comfortable and each room had an a/c unit. So handy to have laundry in the unit! Loved having a delicious breakfast included; fresh fruit, pancakes, rice & beans and more. This resort is an easy drive just outside of La Fortuna and it was a quick drive to our activities like hanging bridges and hiking and the Fortuna waterfall.
