The carpets on the way to the rooms had just been washed and the scent was fresh and clean. The room was of good size with a walking shower and plenty of soap and shampoo. It was very quiet even being surrounded by airplanes and the train station. A bit unfair to have to pay £12 extra for parking 24h, without stating this on the booking. I enquired twice about the situation for parking as needed to travel early in the day, leave the car and catch the metro to London for 8am. Nobody responded to my enquiry on the chat bot via a link on the email with the reserve. Upon arriving in the evening and after having to pay £25 to park '30 min from Wembley Stadium, the staff informed me that they do not operate or engage with customers via any chatbot. The parking charges or option were not explained anywhere on the website. Other than that, breakfast was reasonably good to be included in the price of the room, and the stay was comfortable and in a convenient location.

Perfect location for Luton airport early morning flight. Buy train ticket to airport, stay at hotel before leaving early and ticket still valid for Luton dart to airport. Easy check in, breakfast bag available for early departure, but not great

Great place to stay for that early flight, easy to park, easy to check in, food was okay, bar staff polite, in the morning quick checkout and a short drive to the airport car park

I stay here regularly. I can't fault much. I think the stairs need to have better visibility so they can be used, especially if you're only on the 1st floor. Staff are very accommodating in the restaurant and bar. My ONLY criticism is breakfast. The fried eggs have never been great but on my most recent visit, they were inedible. Like rubber. It's such a shame because for me, eggs make breakfast and whilst I'm usually disappointed with the breakfast, this time was the worst ever. Hampton by Hilton, you need to sort out the eggs. Cook less so there's fewer to get hard. I'd happily wait for an egg or 2 to be cooked fresh.

We arrived from a 00:15 am flight arrival. Went up to our room only to find someone else was already staying in the room and mirror in bathroom Steamed up, towels on the floor and sheets on the side. Tried to call reception but nobody answered the phone. We headed back down to reception they allocated is another room. On the way to the new room, there was a very strong smell of weed. Not very nice bur it was around 2 am and my grandson and I were very sleepy. I specifically requested q wheelchair accessible room as I am a wheelchair user. I was unable to access the bathroom in my wheelchair as rhe sliding door wouldn't open wide enough. We were too tired to go back down to reception again. Eric on reception was very welcome and greeted us warmly on arrival and sorted put an alternative room. Breakfast was okay. Every looked like it had been out for hours. However the lady who appeared to be on her own was very helpful as most areas were too high for me to access fully. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels and pillows. Decor seemed dated. Room and bathroom difficult to navigate as a wheelchair user. Since we only needed somewhere to temporarily rest our heads for around 4-5 hours it was okay. We would give it a 5/10.

A super convenient traveller's hotel right next to the station and the DART, my room was very quiet. The hotel had everything I needed, it is great for if you have an early flight the next day. Getting there from London on the Thameslink was also easy.

I checked in really late, around midnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not least as check out is 11h00 but they agreed to let me check out at 13h00 for no extra cost. Gym is fine, breakfast was great. Can’t really fault it. A broader point - I came out the wrong exit from Luton Parkway Station and was immediately very lost and horribly confused (it doesn’t take much though to be honest). So, top tip: ask a grown up in the station which exit to go out of for the hotel - when you use the right exit, it’s literally a few steps to the hotel !!

Stayed for one night - super convenient next to Luton Airport Parkway station. Room clean, very comfortable bed, and excellent sound insulation. Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped. Maybe don't leave them so long under the heat lamp or, radical thought, cook to order.

So much nicer than the absolutely awful Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick!!! Luton was really nice. Excellent showers ,nice bathroom amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff were really nice. Luton Hampton Hilton good Gatwick Hampton Hilton avoid at all costs!!
