Clean spacious rooms, helpful friendly staff. Amazing views, food was excellent. Gym was tiny not much equipment, nice pool. Walking distance to the train was convenience but to other areas of Lisbon night life too far

Great sushi option while we were yhere

Wunderschöne Design im ganzen Hotel, sehr gediegen. Von unserem Superior-Zimmer im 11. Stock hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht auf die Brücke Vasca da Gama. Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bot einen super Service. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken.

Auf den Cappucchino zum Frühstück muss man eine Ewigkeit warten. Jedesmal ca. 15 min. Die Reception bestellt keine Taxi. Der Gast , und das in einem 5 Sterne Hotel, muss selbst vor das Hotel gehen und es den Angestellten sagen sie sollen eines bestellen. Kein Schatten und keine Sitzgelegenheit für den wartenden Gast.

For the price point and 5start it should not have loose handle at tub. And check out was embarrassing where the 2 front desk employees held me while they went from receipts from the night before to prove that i had paid for my stay, even after i showed them the credit card statement on my phone. They should not put a customer of a 5 star hotel on this situation and just say “it’s sorted now” like it was my fault and not theirs. I paid full at check in to be quicker at check out and not to be embarrassed by they lack of organization.

Front Desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. Room service slow and had to call twice for ice. Would be nice to have coffee and tea in the room.

Best experience, we had compared to other similar 5 stars hotel we have stayed before. For sure we recommend this fantastic hotel. The staff are the best professionals we can see in all our experience.

Nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis 10 ans. Nous avons constaté une hausse significative du prix des chambres, alors que certains éléments du standing de l’établissement semblent diminuer. • L’accueil est correct mais un peu impersonnel. • La salle de bain mériterait une rénovation : joints abîmés, pommeau de douche défectueux et entartré, le sol abîmé. En revanche, le service du petit-déjeuner reste un point fort : l’équipe est très attentionnée et accueillante, en particulier la personne qui nous a reçus le matin. L’hôtel reste une bonne adresse, mais à Lisbonne la concurrence propose désormais des prestations similaires, parfois supérieures, pour un tarif équivalent et mieux situé

Incrível hospedagem, fomos muito bem atendidos.

Mir wurde ein depot verlangt, aber dann nicht richtig abgerechnet.

Restaurant service was horrible!! Food was cold and service was extremely slow. Waiter should be pushing a broom somewhere. Bathroom had no space for your toiletries. Waterfall shower had sprayed everywhere. Would not stay here again for price.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the sky lounge was very fun. But the room temp was uncomfortable. And the bartender experience was very disheartening

A palavra certa é magnífico,não consegui encontrar nenhuma falha… a atendente do checkin Diana maravilhosa, fez um pequeno tour pelo hotel e nossa suite, agora o melhor mesmo foi a senhora Sofia a recepcionista do café, que pessoa maravilhosa, alegre, atenciosa amorosa, deixava nosso dia ensolarado…. Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel e com certeza depois dessa experiência, retornarei muito em breve.
