Para durar algunas noches está perfecto

My first time on this location ,its very calm quiet very center in santo domingo , the only thing that i didnt like is they dont allow you to bring food from another place

There is no airport shuttle. I arrived at night and it was very quiet can’t speak for the daytime. It is located off a main road. The hotel overall is nice but there is no hot water, and the bed made me itch. I didn’t see any bugs or have any bites so it must be the detergent they use. I do like this hotel overall for one or two nights it wouldn’t be too bad for the price.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable, la habitación y las instalaciones muy limpias y el desayuno muy rico. Sin dudas volveré.

Really bad service with the lobby person they give a room with no AC the A/C of the room wasn’t even working at 2 am in the morning I call the lobby and they don’t answer the phone

La propiedad necesita algunas reformas, mal olor a humedad en algunos pisos y habitaciones

Hotel muy céntrico. Aunque está en una zona ruidosa cerca de la zona Colonial nunca sentí ruido en mi cuarto.cuarto espacioso y limpio. El desayuno buenísimo y el trato de los meseros excelente. Recomendado

La música del bar duro hasta las 5 de la mañana , no nos dejo dormir , el personal no es nada atento , apagaron el teléfono para no tener quejas a la hora que estaba la música.

Mi habitación no tenía agua en la ducha y aun explicándole a recepcionista que debia enviar alguien rápido que debia llegar a una reunión de trabajo tardaron en resolver, hasta que tu e que pedir otra habitación para poder bañarme

I notified the front desk twice in one night that there was no water coming out the shower or anyother faucets in the room in the room I wasn't able to brush my teeth, also the staff gave me some coffee packages to brew coffee but there was no coffee maker in the room. I will never stay at that hotel again, it was a waste of money.

Un hotel de muy buena calidad, sencillo, muy limpio, excelente ubicación y el personal muy servicial .
