staff sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. tempat strategis karena dekat dengan Stasiun Subway

I stayed at another APA (in another city) beforehand, and the room at APA Higashi Shinjuku Ekimae Hotel is bigger compared to the previous one. The room was comfortable enough, clean, and quite nice. The staff was responsive as well. You could borrow an iron, if needed. The hotel is very close to the station as well (and there are plenty of station entrances you could choose, the one with escalator and elevator or you also could choose the one with stairs as well), with more plus points that you there are Seven Eleven, Lawson, and also Family Mart as well. The location is also close to many shops like Daiso, malls, and restaurants as well. However, the building is quite small and noisy at night because of the sound of the police car's or ambulance's siren passing by.

Strategic location, easy to reach, near bus stop and MTR station, Family mart, Lawson, 7/11 all around.

Nice room next to station. Very convenience and helpful staff.

Di upgrade ke deluxe, kamar super besar, di pusat kota dekat kemanapun. Sebelah ada restoran pepper lunch.

Comfy, clean and very near the subway. Easier to reach anyplace all near the Tokyo area.

Very bad WiFi! If you don’t have any internet packet better don’t stay in this hotel , I from Indonesia only use internet packet! So bad , I very disappointed!

The bathroom is very smelly. Drain in the bathtub is clogged, the drain going down is very very slow and we had to soak our feet in the water while taking shower.

Very clean hotel, staffs are helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel, but too small for the size and the bed to soft and pillow is like Japanese pillow but all fasilities, ameties is very complete ! Thankyou for all great service and one more receptionist can't speak english :(

Beds are too soft in my opinion which is also shared with the rest of the family. And we're a family of 8 people. Pillows were flat so we requested extra which surprisingly the request was refused.

Quite good for a short nap, near from the Higashi-Shinjuku Station.

lokasi dekat sekali dengan stasiun Higashi-Shinjuku. mudah kemana-mana asal mau bayar tiket kereta. aturan hotel ketat sesuai jumlah kepala dan umur. hanya anak 6 tahun ke bawah yang boleh menginap ekstra tanpa bayar per kepala.
