Nice apartment, needs a bit off an update to some items in apartment

A villa-type hotel, with full kitchen facilities: stove, oven, dish washer etc. car parked in own garage in front of the room. Lidl nearby. Nice environment. An excellent hotel to stay!

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim. There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away. Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

The pool was under renovation and no communication was made on the Expedia site about it. During reservation, I paid extra to have the "Reserve and pay at property" to be able to pay with a debit and not a credit card. Imagine my surprise when during the check out, the receptionist told me that the amount was already taken from my credit card without any request.

Stayed here for a week to work remote whilst visiting family. The WiFi was excellent. Nice size room with a kitchenette and a patio. The bed was very comfy. The room was a bit dated, but was very clean. Really nice pool

Good location for both Toulouse and francazal airport, comfortable rooms well equipped. Nice pool area and a good selection of nearby shops and recreation.

Lovely rooms, well kept and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Only issue was that the air conditioning was very loud so had to be turned off in the evening

Good hotel, maybe 3 stars instead of 4

Spacious rooms and friendly staffs, my room has a parking right at the door and is well equipped with kitchen facilities. Breakfast is included and there is also a swimming pool. I like this place and will visit again

Only stayed one night. Big room with useful kitchen area. All clean and well maintained.

Resort like layout, good price, room was clean and tidy

The only problem I had is that they changed the internet access method and I could not get on. The helpful staff quickly fixed this problem

Nice rooms with separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen with oven and microwave plus plates and cutlery. Small outdoor eating area with table and chairs. Very comfortable!

Good value for money if wanting to stay specifically in this area. Even more so for families. If visiting Toulouse, prefer something closer to the city.

It’s very basic and nothing at all in the area other than a Lidl a few minutes walk away however the staff were really helpful. There was unfortunately a lot of ants in our room/kitchen area. The pool was quite cold however very quiet.

These are very new-looking apartments. The layout is like a small town-house, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and a study and bedroom upstairs. There is a small shopping center about 100m from the hotel near the round-about at the edge of Cugnaux, with a Lidl supermarket, a couple of restaurants, hair dressers and a bakery. This is very convenient. We also found a great place to go for a relaxing walk near the river less than 15 minutes away (by car) in Lacroix-Falgarde. We really enjoyed our stay, and extended for 2 days.

Great spacious hotel apartments with plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchenette (dishes, cutlery, pots, dishwasher oven). Cute little patios off the front. Very big bedroom and sitting area upstairs. Perfect for families

Four of us stayed in an apartment in this hotel. Is very convenient as it is close to the airport and has nice shopping facilities very close by (walking distance). The rooms were clean, nice breakfast and a great swimming pool. Also lovely staff.
