ติดต่อลำบากมาก ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ในโรงแรม ต้องใช้วิธีโทรตามทุกครั้ง ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นแรงมาก จนไม่สามารถอยู่ในห้องได้

Nice room but difficult to check in.

The location was great but there wasn't receptionist in front office.

Nice view and not far from the main visitor info center & bus station. Just 10 steps walk to the pier. The toilet in the room look a bit old, but it's cleanliness can be a offset. Service is very good, hotel staffs is nice & supporting.
