Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one lady who was friendly at reception but the rest of them seemed really unfriendly. The restaurant staffs are very nice though. The hotel itself is really nice but just need a better management.

From a seamless check-in to a smooth check-out, the process was perfect. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and professional. ​The hotel is highly reliable and packed with attractions, including fantastic kids' activities and clean pools. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the surrounding area is beautiful. I highly recommend it!

Receptionists were lovely and helpful and thanks to their communication with housekeepers, we even got early access to our room which we really appreciated as we had a very early flight. We were looking forward to enjoying lots of pool time but both outside pools were freezing (understandably) for the time of the year - April. However indoor pool has a rule of wearing a swimming hat 😣 whyyy!?!? All the men there had full chest of hair so frankly don’t see the point at all. Also had to buy swim hats for €3.50 each! Their GoApe is closed so that caused another disappointment. We’ve been told that cleaning is not happening on Wednesdays and Saturdays which is fine. However we had two other days without cleaning, first time we called and requested, 2nd was the day before our checkout so left it undone. Annoyingly we had ants on the floor since day 1 so that was a bit of fight every day. If you look for a soundproof rooms, these are not it. We got woken up multiple times a night with guests in rooms above, under and next to us, moving furniture, laughing and running kids in the hallway. Kitchen has a kettle and machine for filtered coffee, so take filters and ground coffee if you prefer this, it’s not provided. Shop in the connected hotel below is overpriced and very limited. Bathroom has shower gel and soap, nice towels. Béďa were comfy. We had a sea view which was nice. Breakfasts well stocked Closest beach is about 30min walk 3 restaurants & pharmacy about 10min

Very poor internet. Very poor sound proofing people below us sounded like they were actually in our room, when the fried their fish supper at 11:00 Pm it completely filled out unit with horrible odours and the next evening it was the same issue except the lady whom was trying to sing all evening must have lost her vocal cords the second evening. When the lower unit showered at 1:00 AM again the sound came up through the floors There was no open restaurant at the facility, you have to walk down over the hill to a understaffed, rude

Chambre propre, personnel agréable. Dommage qu'en hors saison le restaurant est fermé et qu'il faut aller dans l'autre hôtel à côté. La piscine est propre mais un peu trop fraîche. L'hôtel est calme et bien situé.

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast. Only con was internet was down for last three days despite assurances that it come on anytime.

Selvom der var lavsæson, var personalet venligt. Stedet var rigtig fint. Maden på hotellet var god. Vi kunne kun drømme om hvor hyggeligt og levende stedet også er om sommeren. Det var vildt hyggeligt at gå på tur gennem de andre resorts til Alfagar.

Very clean room and bed is very comfy. The staff at the front desk are awesome. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Very good sized rooms The rooms had all kitchen equipment and dishes/cutlery which was very useful The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face Ample parking and never had any issues The Wi-Fi speed was very impressive

We stayed for 3 nights only but it was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and the pillows were fantastic,we had a wonderful weekend x

All is good. Staff very helpful. Pleaseant stay. Breakfast was ok. Large resort. Super nice pools. Many amenities specially to those with kids. Room is slightly in need of renovation. Beautiful large spacious. Beach was not easily accessible. Deserve the 90 percent rating

Ideal for families

Amazing hotel so much to do, Alot of pools ect . Staff are really nice and attentive, rooms and bathrooms very clean and safe. We will definitely be back .

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. We especially loved the variety of pools and the engaging kids’ entertainment programs. The pools are shallow enough for beginner swimmers, which made our holiday feel both safe and relaxing.
