จ่ายค่าโรงแรมราคาเต็มไป แต่พอไปถึง อ้างว่าที่พักไม่สะดวก แล้วให้ย้ายไปอีกโรงแรมอื่น ที่ทำเลแย่กว่าเดิม ไกลกว่าเดิมและราคาถูกกว่าเดิม ทั้งๆ ตอนจ่ายเงินไปเป็นราคาโรงแรมที่แพงกว่า โดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน

Hotelnya dekat pantai dan ada balkon arah ke pantai (itu kalau pesan kamar yang balkonnya bisa liat pantai loh). Hotelnya boleh dibilang masih lumayan oke cuma pas waktu habis main di pantai mau mandi eh, ternyata shower tidak bisa berfungsi. Air tidak bisa ngalir sama sekali jadi tunggu lumayan lama karena teknisinya tidak standby di hotel. Jadi saranku kalau masuk kamar waktu check-in (diantarkan pihak hotel) cek yang teliti setiap alat-alat dikamar apakah berfungsi dengan baik jadi kalau ada masalah.

Very fine, the hotel staffs are kind, polite and friendly. The room is quite spacious and clean. The only thing not good enough is the television didn't work until we checked out. While breakfast there were so many flies and variant menu much like the same every morning. But overall is ok recommended hotel

It was such a great experiences to stay at Kaani Beach Hotel. Welcomed warmly by its staff at airport and their speedboat were ready to bring my siblings and me to Maafushi Island for $20. After arrived, their staff won't let us brought our luggages by ourselves. They helped us by put them on a pedicab. Mr. MJ also welcomed us warmly. He was such a friendly person, and also the hotels staff. He introduced about Maafushi Island, hotel facilites, and offered us what they could do during our vacation. We pampered by Mr. MJ jokes, the other friendly staff stories and Apple Juice as welcome drink. The room was so great! I stayed at 2nd floor and its view was absolutely beautiful. It had cable TV, Wifi, fan and AC, refrigerator, clothes closet. and working desk. They also provided us amenities such as 2 bottles of mineral water, towel, liquid soap and shampoo, body lotion, tissue, and hairdryer. Their breakfast was good. The restaurant stood right by the beaches so we enjoyed our breakfast with a beach view.

Hospitality was great. Semua orang ramah dan sangat sangat membantu, fasilitas hotel dan makanan sangat baik. Saya rekomendasi menginap di hotel ini. Mereka juga menyediakan paket-paket tour maldive (snorkling, resort tour, etc.)

Với giá tiền tương đối rẻ thì dịch vụ là ok, nhân viên thân thiện, phòng khách sạn sạch sẽ. Tiện nghi vừa đủ. Các bữa ăn tương đối ổn.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but with that room rate it's ok for us. The hotel's location is just next to the beach and close to the pier, so it's convenient to walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful, their snorkeling tours are well arranged, but it's a bit hard for me, as a non-swimmer. Breakfast is so so with nothing much to eat, however, buffet dinner outside is really good with good price. The inconvenient things are the room light too dark with two broken bulbs, and the airport transfer is not so professional. Guest do not have life jacket, and we try to find under the seat but can't find one. It made us feel tons of nervous and worried. Overall, 5 star for the staff and their kindness. Rooms are not so good, and life jacket should be provided on board.

Our second time staying here and we simply love it. Rooms are comfy, staffs are kind especially at restaurants and room service.
