Bed was hard and there was loose and dirty tiles around pool and hot tub. The rest of the facility was great

This was a last minute purchase for me, and did not disappoint. The woman and the check in desk was informative, friendly and helpful from the minute we said hello - I felt comfortable, safe and seen. The room was comfortable, and had temperature controls that worked extraordinarily well. The bed was so good that I fell asleep trying it out - yes, I stopped because I was tired. It was quiet, which paired well with my visit to the museum. Check out was online and a breeze. I definitely recommend staying at this property for a visit to the museum or the casino.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Many food options to select. Room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

Smoke alarm went off for 20 minutes after using the shower.

Had no issues on our short stay. The staff was extremely welcoming upon us coming in for check in and were very clear with details. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel staff were absolutely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was the only issue. I was never helped although I was sitting at a table. I had to find someone and place an order, to go. And that was dinner, at breakfast the restaurant staff was even less helpful.

Staff was amazing, customer service was excellent, room was very clean, and LOCATION WAS GREAT

Hotel was fairly clean however there was a burning smell on the 2nd floor from one of the rooms. The door was left open to air it out and released the smell to the entire floor.

Beautiful property and location. It is close to Sagamore beach, and Sandwich and Plymouth and the host’s recommendations are spot on! Great place to relax and enjoy the sites!
