staff are nice and the location near to the main street. A lot of restaurants and shops.

一到了步行街上,就可以很容易找到這家飯店,漂亮的全木頭的裝潢,非常美麗好找 晚上靠近街上的房間會有一點聲音,如果怕吵的可能要選另外一面的房間 不過逛街就非常方便了,一出來就是熱鬧的地方,而且這邊附近換匯的匯率很好 如果要去湖之眼,或是另外一個漂亮的纜車,都可以請飯店幫忙叫私人的車,很方便

Hotel was clean most of the staff were friendly and helpful food was really nice

Camas confortáveis, sem elevador, café da manhã muito bom, possui restaurante do hotel que tambem é muito bom. Otima localização, possui estacionamento para hospedes.

The hotel is lovely in a picturesque street. Staff very helpful. A helpful note to travelers would be to advise that there is no lift but staff happy to help with luggage.

I wish the stuff were a little bit more friendly. I'm not saying they were bad but they could serve with a smile. Anyways, thank you for everything 😊

I liked the location

Perfect stay in the heart of the pedestrian street. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant is wonderful. Have a great breakfast, go for a hike, relax in the pool and sauna, have a lovely dinner and drinks on the patio.

Fantastic location in the heart of the buzzy shopping area, set against the backdrop of Tatra mountains. Beautiful verandah and orangery to sit in for dinner and breakfast respectively with gorgeous views. Restaurant staff was lovely and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and firm but the pillows were odd and very thin. Room was comfortably large enough, some little spots weren’t clean (dust on bed headrest, wall on bathroom) but overall good. Will return for the location and the lovely breakfast

We had a great time in zakopane staying in this hotel, everything was very clean, the staff were very helpful, magdalena was brillaint and very helpful with our booking. We stayed in room 302 had lovely views of the mountains and the town. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Thankyou

Close to all the action in Zakopane. Pretty dining room.

Perfekt beliggenhet! Rent, god frokost. Garderoben i spaet var dårlig, kunne vært finere i spa avdelingen, men betydde lite for oss. Vi var alt i alt topp fornøyde
