The breakfast each morning was great. Lots of options that really helped to start the day. Friendly staff and the room was clean and well stocked with water and clean towels. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in front of the hotel. But, I know smoking marijuana is level in NY, but it was disappointing that people off of the street, not hotel guests, were coming to the patio and smoking marijuana there. That just seemed inappropriate and each time it happened the smell was overwhelming so we would just leave.

It is in New York so can’t complaint about the value. It was good for the money. But definitely needs upgrade on building and elevators as well as rooms especially bathroom

Great place to sightsee NYC

Excellent location. On more than one day elevators were not working. TV went out for one day.

Nice, compact, clean. Had everything needed. Great breakfast options and as included in price, was fantastic value.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and our room was decorated with balloons and a Happy Birthday sign.

Excellent hotel! Property is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown. Walkable to most NYC iconic attractions. Customer service was top notch as well as the room. Very comfortable bed and amenities. Breakfast was awesome as well wit lots of varieties. Will gladly come here again for my next stay in NYC!

Small rooms. Key cards needed to constantly be re configured. The gym was a tiny hot room with poor ventilation which made it impossible to use.

Lobby need an update, good location, good breakfast.

9 out of 10!! Super quiet, great complementary breakfast, easy access to Broadway and Times Square. Cons: they didn’t have extra toilet paper in bathroom and the phone didn’t work so we had to go down to the lobby to get extra tp.

Breakfast was the only good part of this stay. We booked 2 rooms, both were dirty, still had pieces of food under our beddings, room and bathrooms are old and outdated. Receptionist staffs feels like they didn't wanted to work.

This is the area I love to stay in NYC and given that breakfast is included, you can't really beat the price. Unfortunately, though it is a great hot breakfast, it is often very crowded. The staff does what they can, but 18 floors is hard to feed. This is convenient to the subway, Times Square, the Empire State Building, Broadway and Bryant Park.

Close to Empire State Building, Times Square, convenient access to subway, dining, and a great pub across the street, The Keg Room.

I would stay here again. The location was convenient, the on site breakfast wasn’t gourmet but it did the job. It was convenient as well as the access to coffee around the clock. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and accommodating. The thoughtful welcome bag of goodies and the little square candies were among favorites.
