It’s a terrible travel experience and I don’t feel safe in this neighbourhood . This hotel are local in the middle of a back street with no front desk or any staff there and when you try to get helps, it take a 20hours late e-mail reply. The staff’s manner is rough and unhelpful. And it takes a 15 mins walk from the main station with stairs, plus if your schedule can’t make at 2-3pm exact time slot, you will be in a big trouble to check-in. Hope you won't have the same experience as me. 这是一次糟糕的旅行经历，我在这个社区感到不安全。 这家酒店位于当地的一条后街中间，没有前台，也没有任何工作人员，当你试图寻求帮助时，电子邮件要迟到 20 小时才能回复。工作人员的态度很粗鲁而且没有帮助。 而且从中央车站步行需要15分钟，有楼梯。如果你的日程赶不上下午2-3点的准确时间段，你的入住就会遇到很大的麻烦。 希望你不会遇到跟我一样的经历。

Reception not always there ! Rome is nice n cosy

房間空間非常大，住起來總體住宿空間舒適，床非常大，有小廚房可供使用，洗衣機在-2樓公共區域，需自行下去清洗，如果房間有專屬洗衣機將會方便許多。由於是自住入住方式，大門需自行按密碼才能進入，所以按密碼時要多加注意，別被陌生人看見。

房间很干净，有卧室，客厅，浴室还有浴缸，小厨房应有尽有，有小冰箱，微波炉，燃气灶，咖啡机，不要出去吃饭也可以自己下厨，公寓对面就有间超市很方便。药行也在附近，旅游景点只需步行12分钟都可以到。这一区旅游景点都集中在附近。

很寬敞舒適的房間。地點算方便 ，對面有超市、樓下有公車站、離地鐵站也不遠 ，走路到中央車站及市中心約15-20分鐘。

蠻不錯的飯店，房間很大。

Remember There is no receipt/Front desk I’m in the buildings. You will need to make call to the office and tell what you need between 8am-8pm. If you need to store your luggage when you arrive or on the day you leave, you have to call the office and they will guide you how to get the store room key. If on public holidays, properly you can’t store you luggage as you can context no one!

超級好！距離中央車站15分鐘，飯店對面有小型家樂福，屋內空間超大，有一房一廳的空間，浴室有浴缸很大，也有提供盥洗用品，廚房配備齊全，有冰箱，也有膠囊咖啡機、烤麵包機。 樓下有免費提供給房客的洗衣間可以洗衣烘衣服，也有小小健身房，很適合家庭或長期出差旅客居住，是比利時住宿的好選擇，價格也不會太貴！

Spacious room! Good location, good facilities~ minimal staff in the hotel but you can reach them by calls. Overall I’m very happy with the hotel but some of the cooking gear in the room is unwashed and the kettle is melted at the bottom. But they offer very good equipment in the room including dish washer, perfect for family and couple who want a relaxed trip in Brussels

Nice apartment hotel. Would have like to have a chair in my room. Had to sit on the bed while using the computer for work. P

Good location. My room was not too clean and a lot pf spot, someones hair etc was around. AC didn’t work and the room was quite hot.

Accès facile au centre ville, en face du métro et bus . Plutôt spacieux et bien équipé avec lave vaisselle dans la cuisine, l'appartement est tout blanc, sols ,murs , plafond, mobilier, etc. Donc mériterait un rafraîchissement mais cela reste très correct contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire par ailleurs. L'absence de réception (humaine) n'est pas problématique. Mieux expliquer les instructions pour récupérer la carte magnétique dans une enveloppe .

Check in was easy and quick. Had a spacious room. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay there again.

Minimalist furnished. Would like more personal touch even it’s a self checkin hotel.
