酒店有免费车去大清真寺，非常漂亮，值得一去，酒店有别墅区散步很好，周边没什么购物中心，住在这里主要方便去清真寺参观。餐厅好吃，总体不错。

1. Good location & facilities (15-20 mins to Airport or Ferrari world by Taxi) 2. Very good restaurant, especially the steak house - Forge. 3. Helpful concierge staff with quick response 4. Front desk staff are impolite with lack of communication.

We were only in Abu Dhabi for an overnight stopover on our flight home. We chose the Ritz Carlton both for its reputation as well as its proximity to the grand mosque so we could take an after hours tour. The service was outstanding and very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. And the mosque in the background made for an almost fairy tale setting. I would definitely love to spend more time at this hotel in the future.

Fantastic hotel and the main thing that makes me feel it’s fantastic is the staff, they remembered me from my last stay and any problem or concern I had they would help me and attend to me straight away! It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon! Keep the customer service high as not many places anymore have this still! Miss Emma!

Stunning hotel! Couldn’t fault the staff, rooms, service. My only grumble is there isn’t anywhere to have a nigh time drink outside, you have to eat at one of the restaurants or are stuck using the inside slightly uninspiring bar. A sunset type bar, and there is plenty of space for one would round this hotel off! Couple call outs, I was an early checkin and Mary did a fantastic job accommodating and getting my room early. Also the incredibly smiley and friendly Ibrahim pool attendant, and forgive me I didn’t catch his name, but your front of house gent with glasses and a beard was so attentive and friendly. All of the staff were amazing, I’m just mentioning those I interacted with more than once and that stood out. Bravo!

I enjoyed my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. I can recommend the outdoor terrace at Li Jiang with great views of the Grand Mosque at sunset. Hotel staff were attentive without being intrusive.
