The WiFi is free but pretty much not accessible. Wifi signal is very bad. There was no hot water for shower due to some malfunction and was not able to fix it for 5+hrs. Although the hotel is located in suncity mall, but that mall is pretty much deserted. More than half of the stores are closed.

一開始入住就覺的不舒服, 第一次有這種感覺, 員工還趁我們早餐時跑了進去, 雖然沒丟東西, 但感覺很不舒服. 雖然臨近 Sun City mall, 但這個 mall 比起 City Star 小太多了, 根本不能比, 也落後許多. Mall人聲吵雜, 在房內都聽的到, 無法入眠.

首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全

房間擺設跟整潔都很好

舒適，但是進入酒店之前要將所有的行李放在X-ray, 那條輸送帶十分污糟，弄污了我的背包，等了大約10分鐘才有一個像兒童的清潔人員，幫我抹乾淨背包。 床很大很舒適，沖涼設備也不錯，但是沒有提供浴帽，帶房人員一入房就幫我們開電視，可惜沒有教我們如何關掉電視。最後只可掹調插頭。 Check-in時他們會提供welcome drink, 到房間他們會送上甜品一碟，可惜我們外出回來發現甜品已經溶掉，因為房間沒有了空調，而我們沒有放入雪櫃。 早餐有三款可以選擇，我選擇了英式早餐，但注意他們的行動比較緩慢，所以要等一段時間，不要認為很快有得吃。上碟很精美可惜那條香腸是不熟的，而且也不是英式的香腸，是local的腸所以有很重的香料味。 酒店有條通道可直通Sun City mall, 所以獨自一個行商場也是安全的。 我們從機場乘私家車去120LE, 由酒店去機場100LE 加10LE(入機場費）10LE小費。

Great experience all around. The staff was exceptional, the room service was fantastic, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful.

Room very clean, staff very friendly and helpfull including the security at the door. Receptionist people are great yoy askfor any assistance they are there for you even wheni needed uber to the airport they called one for me and confirmed with the driver where im going

The staff were fabulous and the hotel is sparkling. While the pool was technically not “open” for the season, we were still able to use it, it just wasn’t heated so it was a bit cold. The restaurant and the staff were very helpful and responsive.

Staff was friendly.

A comfortable, quiet room that made our wait for the next flight pleasant. The only comment I have is that the floor was so dirty.

The hotel is very cozy and located in quite area 10 minutes away from airport, the staff very friendly especially Nirmen who helps me in early check inn and makes our stay very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, surpisingly decent breakfast, comfortable beds, and close to the airport. Unfortunately, there is close to nothing in the neighborhood it is in, so Ubers/drivers are critical for getting around.

Poorly maintained property with consistent challenge with Internet connectivity that was in and out by the minute. The room itself was in bad need of some deep cleaning, filthy Carpet, leaky faucets, etc.
