一座極具代表性的高級湖邊酒店，位置於太湖的月亮灣，附近有很多美食，酒店在夜間配合周邊的燈飾更為漂亮。內部設施中規中矩，需感覺豪華，只是電視机尺寸較為過時，早餐極為豐富，服務員態度親切。

周末到太湖月亮湾酒店度假，看湖光山色，享太湖美食。月亮湾酒店的夜晚灯光秀真的很美，值得欣赏！

飯店本身的確符合五星級的水準，櫃檯服務態度及房間舒適度等等都沒話說，1F的餐廳是最大敗筆，無論是食物或服務生的訓練程度都不夠好，唯有價錢是五星級的。飯店有送溫泉票券，一定要去試試，記得自帶泳衣及泳圈。

第2次入住了，升级了家庭房，湖景，房间够大，服务很好，下次还会选择

整体不错，但是装修略旧，房间墙上已经有污痕。枕头一个太低，二个太高。

酒店的设施服务都是五星标准，因为是SPG会员所以wifi免费使用；酒店闹中取静，离热闹的码头刚好是可步行的距离，码头有多家餐厅和小吃店咖啡店，选择多且很方便；不愿意去热闹的地方就可以在酒店里，晚点的自助BBQ也是相当不错并且价格可以接受，还可以去泡个温泉（酒店免费送的）。。。总之总体感觉非常不错

非常好的酒店，就是客人比较少，升级到行政房，早餐和下午茶都不错

和父母孩子一起入住的，晚上的夜景非常漂亮，只是酒店的服务稍有欠缺。一共定了2间房，一间有水果一间没有，打电话问了才送来，但是水果的个头和质量没有已经预备好的那间好。一打开房门窗帘就自动拉开了，仔细看来所有的调控开关都是智能的，非常有科技感，酒店的床特别大，景观也不错。走过两座桥就有很多饭店，还算比较方便的。如果网站有特价下次还想去，送了免费的温泉票哦~~小孩也有，只是能准备一套小朋友的拖鞋就好，还好我们自己带了。

不错，环境很好。酒店科技感也很高。

Einzigartiges Hotel mit Lightshow am Abend und alles notwendige in der Nähe. Zimmer sind gut und gibt es nichts daran auszusetzen!

Facilities is good, Staff’s attitude is good,but check in too slowly

It was surprised to smell the smoke when we were heading downstairs to check out,Very disappointed for 4star hotel like this 。Would be nice to control the cigarette smoke from the gusts .

The aircondition is worst and we use the heater there. Maybe due to the high demand during the new year, the service is bit out of order when do the check in and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, very impressive. The hot springs in a separate building is a nice feature also.

It was a really lovely hotel. A little pricey because it’s clearly a popular Wedding and family destination . I thought it was very pretty and staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I like to stay at hotels with club lounges for added attention and service but they were renovating that area. I was disappointed and that staff did everything to make it up to me.

出張で訪問しましたが、周辺に手頃なホテルがなく、少々高いことを承知でこのホテルにしました。午前2時のチェックインでしたが、フロントの方案内の方とも感じよく、エレベーターの場所まで案内してくれました。今度は休みの日にきて、温泉に入りたいと思います。
