So happy with all the services!

The room is quite small. The area can be seen clearly in the photo, only a bed fits in the place. I stayed there from May 7th to May 8th 2022, the internet went down, so the wifi was super slow, it couldn't load the front page of my Youtube app (the wifi is connected but no internet). The receptionist was weird, we were supposed to check in at 12:00 pm but when my friend got there first around 4:00 pm, she called over the phone saying that our groom-to-be hadn't been cleaned, then she told my friend that Edenstar would like to give us another room. It's been 4 hours since our check-in time and our room was not available? Then during the whole stay, we were supposed to have 2 key cards and my friend asked for those keys. The receptionist told my friend in a cranky way that the remaining of the pair would be given to me when I arrived later. In the end, no key card for me because they ran out of key cards. I don't know about their technology, but like what they said, from my understanding; Any key card can open the room; Then the security is a big red flag to me. Plus, there are no services offered at the moment, no rooftop/by-the-pool bar, no massage or spa.:) we asked for the spa, and they re-directed us to the nearby hotel to use the service.:) We were not being taken care of, we feel being underestimated. Other than that we love the pool experience and the breakfast was decent.

Thật buồn vì lỗi ở app. Khi book ngày 20 tôi có đặt có ăn sáng với giá cao hơn (vì mẹ lớn tuổi không đi ra ngoài ăn không tiện cho bà). Phòng không ăn sáng rẻ hơn tôi không chọn. Nhưng khi xuất vé thì lại trên receipt ghi không có bữa sáng. Tôi khiếu nại cả app lẫn khách sạn thì đều nói là không ăn sáng. Thiết nghĩ bữa ăn sáng không đáng bao nhiêu tiền. Giá phòng có ăn sáng và không ăn sáng chênh nhau cũng rõ ràng nhưng vẫn không linh động xem xét sự thật được lại bảo phải trả thêm mới được ăn sáng. Chẳng qua vì mẹ lớn tuổi mắt kém tôi lại không đi cùng được chứ không thì đã không phải quan tâm đến chuyện này. Hy vọng cả app lẫn khách sạn làm việc chuẩn hơn khi đề xuất giá phòng và dịch vụ đi kèm rõ ràng và xuất receipt tránh như vậy. Rất phiền cho người lớn tuổi Phòng nên sửa lại khoá cửa. Và bồn rửa tay, bồn tắm đều không thoát nước. Khách sạn nên chú ý lại. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ. Đẹp

Không chuyên nghiệp, thẻ mở phòng bị lỗi nhiều lần. Khu bể bơi trên sân thượng buổi tối không bật đèn, không ngắm cảnh thành phố buổi tối được, nước bể bơi bẩn không tắm được. Bữa sáng chỉ được 02 món: phổ hoặc bánh mì. Hết, sẽ không báo giờ quay trở lại.

Sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Ăn ngon

Hotelnya mewah, staf ramah bisa english, ada welcome drink and cookies, kamar luas, kasur cukup besar tapi agak keras, minuman di minibar gratis, Ada bathtub, sarapan enak sangat banyak pilihan, lokasi strategis, ada kolam renang tapi sayang tidak ada kolam anak. Negasifnya: saat saya habis sarapan balik ke kamar ternyata ada staf sedang membersihkan kamar padahal tidak disuruh, Dompet tas hp untung tidak hilang.

这家酒店很棒，位于一条繁忙的街道上，工作人员很友好，对我和我的朋友都很好，下次出差还会再来这里。

4th floor lobby have a funky smell, other than that it is fine.
