感觉很好

當初訂房時並沒有告知會安排在離主酒店走路約10分鐘的路程之公寓；因此想像2個大人及3位小孩拖著4大箱行李，每個行李20公斤，更可拍的是來到公寓後需走樓梯至四樓頂，雖然有服務員可幫忙，但退房時他說就無法幫忙了，即便付費也無法。 所以退房那天就由四樓扛著四個行李箱，每箱20公斤走到樓下時完全腿軟，樓梯小到不行，入住時房間也沒電話可與櫃檯聯繫，於是當天也沒提供拖鞋也無法聯絡，除非要再走10分鍾的路途去櫃檯拿。 總之奉勸如果是家庭旅遊就別考慮這家了吧。

無論是服務、房間、餐點都很棒，地理位置也很好

由於我們所訂的是四人房，所以我們的房間位於另一個地方，而且要把行李搬上3樓，雖有行李服務員協助，但我們亦要搬行李，酒店應在預訂房間時先說明。 酒店位置非常好，在聖馬可廣場旁，住宿下樓就是旺街，所以有點嘈吵。雖然房間是四人房，但中間有門可分隔為2間房，亦有2個浴室，房內亦可煮食。

飯店是古典、精緻、奢華的威尼斯歷史建築，無論旅館或是餐廳，服務人員非常親切、自然，能適時提供專業的建議，是這趟義大利行最棒的住宿體驗。此外，晚餐的食物和服務都是一流，令人印象深刻。

客房清潔服務不佳，對於連續入住客房清潔草率的感覺。

Cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. By far my favorite in Italy. Absolutely gorgeous historic building. Loved it all.

First of all - the place looks fantastic! A quick 5 minute walk from Realto water taxi dock , and about 10 minute walk to Doge palace - the location was perfect! Also the staff - wow! All of them were friendly courteous, informative and spoke at least 3 or 4 languages a piece. The rooms were large and comfortable with stunning marble throughout. lastly, the included breakfast spread was delicious and catered to all tastes. Bravo!

we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very well located close the St Mark's Square and the Rialto and yet is located away from the main tourist routes and is a sanctuary of calm

La chambre impeccable, surclassement et vue superbe sur le canal, le personnel discret et disponible

Staff was great overall very nice experience

L'hôtel est proche du pont du Rialto (5 minutes à pied). La chambre que nous avons eu été superbe. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec vue sur le canal. Le spa n'est pas en reste lui aussi. Il a une très jolie terrasse avec vu le le campanile de la place St Marc et les massages sont top. Le personnel est lui aussi au top.

O hotel é excelente, tivemos uma ótima experiência, desde o check in até a saída. A equipe da recepção é muito competente e solícita, nos ajudaram tirando várias dúvidas e nos auxiliando com transfer do hotel para o aeroporto, mesmo sendo muito cedo na madrugada e um domingo, não tivemos qualquer problema ou atrasos O quarto estava impecável quando chegamos, muito organizado, o banheiro estava muito limpo e com todos os toiletries de ótima qualidade. Também tínhamos opções de chás, cafés, bebidas diversas no mini fridge, além do serviço de quarto que pedimos uma vez, e gostamos muito da comida A localização do hotel também é uma vantagem relevante, já que conseguíamos ir e voltar para descansar ao longo do dia, indo a pé para as principais atrações e também tendo acesso fácil aos pontos do transporte público Café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções, inclusive para pessoas com intolerâncias alimentares como é o meu caso Em resumo, adoramos nossa experiência e vamos voltar mais vezes com certeza!

Lovely stay in the centre of Venice. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with something for everyone. Also had our room upgraded.
