Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer Bedienteil von der Klimaanlage in zwei Teile. Beim festmontierten Föhn fehlte der Schlauch, da unbrauchbar und wir mussten mit nassen Haaren ins Bett gehen. Duschtüren fehlten. Bad stand komplett unter Wasser. Bad Entlüftung ohne Funktion. Durch späte Ankunft im Hotel keine Reklamation mehr möglich.

So this is the 4th Time i stayed at this Hotel and this time i regret the stay. While the room was somewhat ok, the Hotel is not. It's dirty, and it smells. The breakfast experience was not optimal last time when i stayed, so i did not even bother. I will not stay in this Hotel again and can not recommend it.

Ambiance bizarre ; propreté douteuse ; des joints de salle de bains qui pendent ; des prises arrachées et certaines ne fonctionnent pas ; certaines lampes ne fonctionnent pas non plus … une odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre ; et l eau de la salle de bain pue !!!! Pas d option sans gluten au petit dej.

The property was not managed well, we waited for over an hour a worker leaving the premises could not tell us where to find the manager, we called them by phone and gave them a time of 15.45 and then would leave, no response, the lobby looked very tired and unkempt, definitely not a first class hotel.

I stayed at this hotel many many times in years past because it was absolutely wonderful. Returning now and noticing that now it looks very dated and tired, stained carpets, the bathroom needs serious updating, no AC working so it was very hot, breakfast used to be phenomenal now it’s very basic with only sweet items (which I don’t eat first thing in the morning)… very sad to say I will not return again.

People very loud in hallways at all hours and blocking entrance to building.

The stay was good and it was very convenient for us. Located on main road but hotel was far enough away not to be bothered by traffic. The breakfast was good and filling. The two restaurants located with the hotel were fantastic. There is a supermarket across the street. The front desk and room attendants are wonderful. The hotel is a bit dated and needs to be kept up not only with the maintenance of the hotel but with the outside garden.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal, kleiner Abzug lediglich wegen der Einrichtung, die vereinzelt relativ abgenutzt ist. Grundsätzlich gerne wieder!
