Top Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone. Sehr schöner Garten mit beheiztem Innen- und Aussenpool. Alle Angestellten sind ausgesprochen höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Wonderful last minute visit. We could have stayed a few more nights. The Wellness Spa was such a nice amenity, especially after hiking. The center of town is a nice walk away, but there is a free municipal bus. And the hotel has a free shuttle, which was great when we wanted to go to the Monte Bianco Skyway. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable. Breakfast was nice as well (would love to have orange juice as an option - just melon and pineapple).

Staff members were super nice , and the view is breathtaking

The hotel is like a alpine cabin where you feel right at home. The lobby is very cozy and the restaurant is genuine brassiere from the alps. You can expect the best service and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!!

Leider war bereits die Ankunft mit Check-in an der Réception sehr ernüchternd. Keine Erklärungen zu den Ski Lockern, obwohl wir mit Skikleidern ankamen. Keine Erklärung zur Tiefgarage. Dies hatten wir dann am 3. Tag herausgefunden... Insgesamt war die Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Schade.

Would never stay here! Staff was horrible. Also tunnel closed due to construction but they say nothing about this.

The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night.

Excellent accommodation with super friendly staff.

What a beautiful chalet - so warm and inviting, with faultless staff. Very charming. They even accommodated our two dogs so kindly. Would thoroughly recommend (and I’m fussy)!

Positiv: Schönes 4*-Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung; bietet alles, was man in dieser Kategorie erwarten darf; mehrsprachiges Personal, Verständigung auf englisch kein Problem; der Wunsch nach einem Balkon im S-DZ wurde erfüllt; schöne Außenanlage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Was man wissen sollte: sehr eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten, es empfiehlt sich ggf. vorab einen TG-Platz zu buchen; auf der Südseite der Anlage verläuft die SS26, sehr ruhig ist es daher tagsüber nicht, aber auch nicht sehr störend Was man verbessern sollte: es ist aus ökologischen Gründen nicht mehr zeitgemäß, täglich die Handtücher zu wechseln und die Gäste erwarten dies heutzutage auch nicht mehr Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder, falls unser Ziel einmal wieder Courmayeur sein sollte

Great place in centre of Courmayeur. Excellent service, friendly staff and amazing spa. Would definitely stay there again!
