Bed was dirty, was told our money would’ve reimbursed and wen to another hotel

Room was excellent. Walked in and was fresh and clean. Checkin was seamless.

The room was perfect for our needs. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner-didn't seem to work, but after trying a few different settings, we finally got some cooler air....

Room was good. front desk was super helpful. we love staying here due to the events across the way. Breakfast was rushed, they had already began putting everything away and cleaning up, and they pretty much slammed the doors right behind us as we left. the kids were super disappointed that they didn't get to eat at the hotel.

Great pool, clean room, good continental breakfast

Love this hotel. We stay here often. It’s clean, comfortable. Breakfast is awesome. Pool is great. I really like that there’s 2 beds and a pullout couch as we have two teenagers. It’s nice for them to have their own beds. :) recommend to all who need affordable and comfortable accommodation in Saskatoon.

We were in Saskatoon for a medical appointment so stayed at our favourite hotel. It’s always so quiet and peaceful but on our last stay it wasn’t. We were in room 219 obviously near the furnace because every time it cut in it would sound like someone was banging on the wall. It kept us awake most of the night so it was not a quiet peaceful stay unfortunately!

Room was spacious and clean. Loved the breakfast and pool with the waterslide. VERY loud though as it appears to be very popular with youth hockey teams. They seem to enjoy very rowdy mini stick tournaments at 10pm in the hallways at night. We have small children and this was not ideal. Also, our room was maybe 10 degrees when we first got there. We managed to find the heat and it eventually warmed up, but this made it very uncomfortable for the first part of the night sleeping. Very disappointing as I prechecked-in online and we arrived at the time we said we would - it would have been nice if they had turned on the heat so that the room was warm when we got there.

Great hotel. Clean and good upkeep.
