Location was convenient. Staff were rude - or at the very least not friendly or welcoming.

The location is very good and the hotel is nice. We wish it had a pool and better way to keep noisy party folk quiet-- but that was only one night. Staff was very welcoming. Definitely would use again.

I was told if you live less than 20 miles unable to come back to this property.

Great front desk and location

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of nice shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was very good also.

Loved it .. pretty clean and quite plus really good breakfast

The place was pretty clean from what I saw, my room was very clean! My only complaint is that there was spavkle around the AC unit and it was on a blue wall and its the first thing I noticed when I walked into the room. I don't know what the issue was and forgot to mention it. Other than that my room was great.

Nice river walking trail nearby. Close to City of Pittsburgh.

The hotel was fair. There was a terrible odor coming out of the sink drain. And the bed was very uncomfortable.

Exquisitely clean accessible room--well designed. Every staff member including maintenance were friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet-good selection, and unique-state of the art hands-free pancake machine. You've got to see it! Also close to bridge over to the city.

Quiet hotel and near to all down town areas. But the coffee maker , Air conditioner were not cleaned regularly . They had dust and dirt . Coffee maker was not reachable.

I was a little disappointed. Based on the reviews I read I expected more. Positive: The staff was very nice. Not so positive: Room was not cleaned to my standards (found parts of pretzels and crumbs on the floor), lightbulbs burned out on some lamps in the room, Continental breakfast ok. The hotel was not in the best of neighborhoods but not so bad that I felt unsafe. Overall, it was only for one night and served it’s purpose to being close to where we had to go for our event.

Nice hotel. The ac unit was a little bit noisy.
