Vi bodde tre nätter på Rimondi som första stopp under vår vistelse på Kreta. Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötes gående och läget är väldigt fint mitt i gamla stan. Tyvärr var städningen under all kritik. Vi märkte aldrig att golvet varken dammsögs eller sopades under vår vistelse, vilket drog ner helhetsintrycket av hotellet. Jag skulle säga ett trestjärnigt intryck av vår vistelse.

Un cadre magnifique, un bâtiment historique dans une ruelle de charme. La piscine intérieure entouré de verdure est sublime et celle de l’autre côté charmante. Vraiment une belle adresse pour visiter la ville

Great views and great service. Clean large room.

This hotel showed exceptional hospitality. We loved the room and the town. Breakfast was very good and seating was in the outdoor garden area. One thing to note is that getting luggage to the hotel can be a bit challenging because of its location. However, when we checked out, the staff kindly offered to help carry our luggage back to the main street where our car was parked. Their thoughtful service made a great stay even more enjoyable.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un cocktail de bienvenue et de délicieuses friandises, une attention très appréciée. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et de grande qualité, Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir le prendre autour de la piscine dans un cadre agréable et relaxant. Le personnel était chaleureux et attentif, et les installations étaient parfaitement entretenues. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold.

L'emplacement était au top, au centre, à proximité de tout! Le personnel était très avenant et gentil, toutefois la chambre bien que réservée pour 3 personnes n'était pas adéquate pour ce nombre. Le lit d'appoint était exécrable. Le petit déjeuner offert était somme toute correct mais peu élaboré.

Lovely place in the heart of old town a straight shot back walking from the recommended parking.

The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position.

Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel.

Miscommunication about the parking was a bit of a problem but got sorted out eventually. The manager and staff’s hospitality made up for any inconvenience.

Historic place, wonderful people assisting us all the time. Enchanting neighborhood!

the place was great. It was convenient to everywhere. Workers are very nice. I forgot my power adaptor and the workers went outside to buy one for me. The service was impeccable.
