It's great! I will recommend this to my friends!

They are very nice and courteous. However they were not able to pick us up in the airport on time. I had a hard time calling the number that provided. No one seems to answer the phone. But they made sure that upon arrival our stay is comfortable. Though I'll appreciate it more if they will offer a free toiletries and change the bedsheet and towel within our 3 night stay

Accommodating staffs and good facilities

The hotel is very clean even the staff are so kind. Miss puerto prinsesa already! :)

It was great hotel. Since I have limited time their free breakfast serving was a little bit late.. but overall it was a good hotel especially when you have flight schedule.

free buffet breakfast affordable and accessible

Aside from the fact that the view from our room window is only walls, overall it was average. The view was spectacular on the 4th floor. It would have been better if they served eggs, bacon, or hotdog instead of adobo on the breakfast menu.
