I've never felt so wrong by a hotel before. It's located up a very steep hill, no matter what other comments said. We were already exhausted when we finally got to the hotel and was hit with an unpleasant surprise. The receptionist demanded our card information to use in case we broke something in the room. We didn't find this information anywhere on app. She kept insisting and said that they can't check us in without it even though I've refused due to security reasons. However, when I demanded refund, she quickly said we can put down and cash deposit instead (!?). The room wasn't worth the troubles. The toilet smelled of mildew, and there was dust under the beds. The walls were so thin, we couldn't sleep because of constant chatters from the hallway. The room was also very cold because they only turn on the central heat for a few hours at night. Overall, we won't be coming back.

Good service, facilities and location. However if your health is not good or you are elder, i would not recommend this one. It’s located in high location with short tilt slope.
