Breakfast tables not cleared and miserable looking staff. Staff Not welcoming at breakfast time. Food ok but staff were very slow refill the food. Would not stay here again. First time ever that we did not leave a tip in our room. Room smelt damp and toilet seat loose. Cleaners should have reported this before our arrival and got it fixed.

The rooms had evident mildew all over the ceiling and damp patches on the wardrobe door and around the skirting board too, which was very off putting and made you feel that the hotel was dirty.

Rather dated holiday camp type establishment. Location on waterfront midway between Lisbon and Estoril. Train station and shops nearby. Breakfast was OK. Room OK. Service a bit indifferent. Late check in, not until 4pm.

Great location, but mote a motel than a hotel, and very far to walk from the «cabin»to the reception and breakfast area.

Hotel antigo e mal cuidado, quartos com cheiro de mofo.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, porém longe das acomodações, se chove vc fica todo molhado, não gostei da limpeza principalmente do banheiro, porém o quarto é enorme, roupa de cama e toalhas boas. A única queixa é a limpeza e distância do restaurante até os quartos.

Localização boa, mas hotel precisa de uma renovação completa.

O Hotel é bom mas como outros tem os seus problemas. O quarto é enorme com garagem na frente, café da manhã muito bom, mas a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar principalmente no banheiro.

A equipe de atendimento foi sempre muito gentil, os quartos estavam sempre limpos, mas não há internet nos quartos, para acessar a internet voce necessita estar na area da recpçaõ, do bar ou do restaurante.
