The water pressure is very poor, only 8-10 water lines are out for you to shower. It's hard to imagine the quality of a five-star hotel. CHECK IN SERVICE 100分, 高質素. High quiality check in service. 能英文對答. 露台不敢打開有烏鴉進入. Tatami 要自行舖. Garden Terrace唔近駐車場. 對於多行李者不適合, check in 後 有駐車場 pass 無限次出入. 早餐有點失望, 竟沒有栗米片. 酒店太大有部份座數要面對 坐 CLUB CAR先返到房. CHECK IN SERVICE full marks, High quiality check in service. Can answer in English in real time. The terrace did not dare to open because crows flew in. Tatami has to handle by youself Garden Terrace is not near the car park . Not suitable for people with multiple luggage, there is a parking lot pass for unlimited access after checking in. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was no Cornflakes for kids. The hotel is too big and some block need to take the CLUB CAR to back room.

去的那天正好落大雨, 但酒店周圍都有足夠的雨傘供客人使用, 連房間內都有五把, 十分貼心. 所有服務業員都好有禮貌, 見到客人會打招呼 自助早餐豐富, 相對自助晚餐則沒想像中豐富, 但由於價錢不貴, 都抵食 住的地方近海灘, 因此每日食完早餐都會行一轉, 十分方便及舒服

A very family friendly hotel with a wide range of water activities.

需然在擴展工程中，但亦沒有影響入住時各項問題，工作人員友善，自助早餐好吃，希望工程完工後可再去入住新翼享受度假勝地

酒店離機場三十分鐘左右，到公設市場及離島碼頭十多分鐘車程，因為是自駕所以到什麼地方都方便，酒店亦有巴士接送到機場及別的酒店，游泳池沙灘等都十分適合一家大細暢玩，早餐款式很多，酒店進行擴展工程中，但沒有影響住客，推薦大家選擇。

Resort is nice to in overall speaking. Breakfast is delicious and have great variety of choices. However, the parking lot is far away and need to walk to other place outside the resort to get the car and for parking though there is a shuttle bus to send the driver to the parking lot, it is not that convenient especially when you go back at night time as the staff is off duty. We walked 250m from the resort to the parking lot and walked to resort when back to resort every night. Also, the staff made poor arrangement for the room change. We merged the 3 rooms to 2 rooms as scheduled on the last day. We were wondering why the staff had to make us to change the 2 rooms but not just changed one room instead which made us feel annoying. They should have minimised our efforts to change the room which means one room is checked out and just remained the other 2 rooms unchanged. Then we just need to relocate 1 room and move our stuffs to one of existing one but didn’t have to move our stuffs for 2 rooms.

富崎海灘很有名，貼近酒店，日落景色一流，光害少，可以睇星。酒店係獨立屋型式的渡假村，很舒適，感覺很好。服務人員親切有善，房間遺下物品，會妥善保存，待客人取回。酒店內便利店營業至晚上11:00，非常方便。早餐食物ok

服務細心

環境舒適，有泳池，有私家沙灘， 但交通偏遠， 如果要出市區來回乘公共巴士10號，又或乘酒店專用巴士只到Art hotel和機場。

impolite staff!!! poor service!!!! not worth the price!!! not think of the feelings of the customers!!! all restaurants are full in the hotel. It was raining heavily outside. We had to call taxi to find restaurant in the city to have dinner.

we stayed in the superior cottage, a bit okd-stylish but clean. very nice pool, just went through renovation

酒店員工禮貌好，早餐安排非常滿意，會再入住。

沙灘比較失望，其他各方面還不錯。住3晚只給兩枝水比較失望。因為帶兩位小朋友沖奶要熱水+泠水，兩枝泠水根本不夠。

我和太太倆人入住五日四夜，感到非常滿意，環境好，房間整潔乾淨，早餐適度食材新鮮，員工細心殷勤，沙灘漂亮，晚上看星浪漫。推薦自駕遊人仕，一家大細亦非常合適。

整體入住經驗非常滿意，客房舒適寬敞，服務人員友善親切，室外還有三個泳池與適合小孩玩耍的設施，旁邊的沙灘也很美，適合一家大小前往入住。

早餐時間由6:30 至9:30，太早啦！之後，只可以自行支費點餐。另外，食物種類太少，不適合小朋友。 夜晚可自行買煙花在沙灘放。 夜晚馬頭沒有燈，太恐怖了。 酒店員工英語水平太底，很難溝通。
