Increible good. Antigue style , good for family or a couple vacation .

Had covered onsite parking which is very rare in this town.

Fabulous location and just next door was a wonderful restaurant, le Francois, but they were so under-staffed, the waiters literally ran through the restaurant to serve the people on the little deck in front of it and sitting out under the lights in the center of a square. The parking garage was tiny and intense. We felt certain that we must have gone into the wrong one. It was like someone's personal basement. We were deliberating on what to do and the nice young man at the front desk saw us and showed us where to park. It was a little disconcerting for him to tell us that he goes off duty at 7, so we needed to remember the code to get back in, but it worked. Our room was completely pink - walls and doors. Our room was over the next door restaurant so we heard kitchen noise, but it wasn't bad. There was no A/C and the day had gotten a little warm, so we wanted to suck in as much cool air as we could before we closed the window.

Reallly convenient location in the old town centre, staff friendly and helpful, nearby parking. Loved the decor too!

This hotel was just perfect for me and my friend. It was in a fantastic location! Our room had a wonderful view, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The people working there were incredibly helpful, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Ruido en nuestra habitación, cada vez q los huéspedes de la habitación contigua, se movían o andaban en su propia habitación.El ruido de las pisadas era tal, q parecía q estaban en nuestra propia habitación. Por cierto andaban y se movían muchisimo

Hotel is quirky, with fun decor. It is in a good area with some grand buildings, and restaurants. Rooms not big and furniture squeezed in. Fine for us as overnight stop on long trip

Lovely, quirky hotel right in the middle of the city so very convenient for everything. The receptionists were excellent, so bright and helpful. Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy. The rooms were interesting - each seems to have an individual theme with different colours and attractive vintage furniture. Very comfortable with lovely linen bedding. One small thing is that whilst they have tea and coffee in the room you have to get milk from reception which is a minor but unnecessary inconvenience. The rooms were spotless, as were the interestingly decorated communal areas. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was very standard and not so well maintained if you don’t get there first thing. Oddly, they serve your coffee in a jug with no top which means it goes cold very quickly which is very frustrating.

Good central location, and pleasant reception staff. A bit dated and disorganised with stuff lying around on the third floor. Rooms quite small. Noisy cleaners talking loudly (shouting) in the morning. I’m sure there are better places to stay in Angouleme.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais très bien situé. Calme pour les chambres donnant sur l'arrière. PDJN très varié et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix (12€50) Garage disponible.

Pas de climatisation donc soit les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit des bars,voitures, ramassage poubelles soit fenêtre fermée et là l'air suffocant + un ventilateur tres bruyant dans le couloir.
