Almost everything fail to meet our expectations , ......only with miss Arimura san's assistance which is worth mentioning ..

The hotel staffs are very nice and responsible to arrange check in and out for us. Feel comfortable during the stay.

Check-in is very strict and not flexible. The lady spent around 10 mins to do the check-in and told us that there was still 10 more mins from the check-in time and so we have to wait which was very fine. We went back to the lobby 2 minutes from the check-in time. The lady took other guests to their room and there were no other people at the reception to help us out. Even I managed to find one, they either asked me to wait or couldn't speak English. Comments: 1. they can be flexible with the check-in time for it was just 10 mins away since they are busy in doing reception + bell boy service at the same time. 2. poor management - reception staff has to take luggage to guest room with the guests. Other hotel guests have to wait for her because the check-in service is done by her. No other staff will help you. What a ridiculous management... 3. Misleading information from the television display in lobby. There is a cafe named "North 24". We saw from the television display that they served sandwiches. However, when we sat down, the man told us that they no longer serve any food! 4. We booked the suite that was fitted with kitchen. Kitchen has no utensils nor cooking tools, so we called the reception. A lady told me to wait because she couldn't speak English. After a few minutes, a man who can speak English told me that he would call me back after 15 mins. What a resort it is!! I paid over USD450/night and deserve this service.

因不確定到達時間，沒有預定酒店的shuttle bus,到達時最後一班車也走了，不過從機場到酒店乘的士大約¥1800！到達酒店員工們也很禮貌！酒店整體狀況不錯，我與友人最後決定租車環島遊，員工也為我們安排租車公司前來接我去取車！最後我把車匙交員工們為我還車！至於酒店的早餐種類也多選擇及味道不錯，我與友人一高興也享受了一頓鐵板燒晚餐！

客房舒適但飯店設施老舊, 英語能力不足，關於渡假村的設施解説並不好快速上手 總體來説考慮房價的話是讓人挺失望的

泳池的清潔需注意一下，其它方面都很不錯～

無敵海景，環境優美安靜！非常享受，非常放鬆！最喜歡可以躺在和式床上，望出去就是海景，可以看天空，看書！或是曬曬溫暖的陽光！服務非常好，只可惜會英文的只有一位！沐浴備品也很高品質！這次假期物超所值！希望能再回來！

スタッフ皆様のご対応も非常に良く、朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で大満足でした。

アラマンダには、2泊3日滞在しました。 3階に部屋があり、エレベーターホール　エントランスは、エアコン冷房が、ついていなくて、凄く暑かったです。 1階2階のエレベーターホール、エントランスは、エアコン冷房かついていて、涼しく快適。 3階、4階にはエアコンがついていなかったです。 部屋のグレードにあわせて、変えていたのでは？ 凄く残念です。

新婚旅行の良い思い出になりました

미야코지마 여행 중 알라만다 스위트에 묵었어요. 가장 인상 깊었던 건 가성비. 풀빌라가 이 가격이라고? 싶을 정도로 룸 사이즈가 크고, 프라이빗 풀이 딸려있어요. 다른 지역이면 두 배는 받을 가격대. 객실은 솔직히 살짝 연식이 느껴지긴 해요. 다만 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 청결도나 컨디션 자체는 문제 없음. "낡았지만 관리된 호텔"이라는 느낌. 스텝들 친절하고, 한국어 가능한 분이 많아서 의사소통이 편했어요. 작은 디테일이지만 여행 만족도에 큰 차이가 있었요. 조식은 베스트는 아니지만 나쁘진 않은 평타 수준. 단지 내 황금온천도 만족스러웠어요. 연못에 거북이가 12마리 살고 먹이주기 체험이 가능해서, 아이들 데려가시는 분들께 작은 포인트. 시기라 단지에 다른 리조트들이 많이 있어서 다음엔 다른 곳도 묵어보고 싶어졌어요. 럭셔리한 풀빌라를 찾지만 가성비도 중요하신 분께 추천합니다.

リゾートホテルって感じでとてもよかったです。しかし仕方ないとは思いますが、草木が多いのでジャグジーに蟻がたくさんいたり…と。なかなか清潔を保つのは難しそうな印象です。 よって、ジャグジールームの指定メリットはなさそうです。スタッフも海外の方がとても多いですが優しく対応していただきました．

朝食が最高でした

ジャグジー付きのお部屋でしたが連続でジャグジーを使用しようとボタンを押しても反応が無く、接触不良かな、と思います。 老朽化は所々感じましたが接客、食事に関しては申し分無く快適に過ごせました。

まずは接客がいつも笑顔で対応してくれました。立地については、シギラビーチまでもそこまで遠くないので、問題ないです。 ホテルから駐車場までが遠いですが、送迎してくれるので心配なかったです。 部屋はとても広くて開放感がありました。

施設はとても良く、ラウンジや亀の餌やりのスタッフもとても親切でした。 ただ、チェックインの際にお水が無料で提供してもらえるとか送迎がお願いできる説明がなく後から知り残念でした。
