Really nice location and the people was oke, the guy that pick us up from the boot was really nice. The lady at the deal was not nice or helpful, the room was not like on the picture and bastion very dirty. The water was yellow and the view from the room was horrible, I hope they make this rooms and bathrooms better

Peraturan tidak dijalankan semestinya, banyak yang mabuk di kamar dan meresahkan penginap yang lain. Ruangan kamar dan toilet kotor. Very disappointed 😞

Khách sạn có 3 loại phòng. Dorm. Duluxe với Villa. Mình ki thích ở Dorm nên book duluxe. Nhưng thôi rồi. Phòng duluxe cũng chỉ là phòng như mấy cái nhà nghỉ 300k ở Việt Nam. Không view. Đi bộ ra lễ tân rồi mới ra biển được. Bù lại khách sạn có pool riêng. Và đêm 3 5 chủ nhật có pool party. Nhiều trai xinh gái đẹp. :3 should try

This is long but read before staying here! Most bad places are bearable because they are cheap and cheerful, nice staff, etc. This place is not cheap, not cheerful and the staff actually hate you. To begin with there are 3 buildings and they put you in the terrible one not in the pictures. If you want a towel they charge you 200 baht along with a 200 baht deposit. Then if you want to extend they will not let you extend at the same price you booked, they want 450 baht which is way overpriced for Phi Phi, I had to rebook online in front of them. (A mistake I know) The air con, like most places in Phi Phi isn't 24/7, however one of my friends got 3rd degree sunburns and they would not turn the air con for her. After telling me it was "their policy" she quickly said 500 baht which is very terrible, like seriously? Then they made all of the people in my dorm move to a bigger dorm so they could save money for when they do put the air con on. The only reason I was extending was because I don't want to move my bags (great). The one staff that turns off the air con gave me in particular this dirty stare every time we crossed paths like seriously it was a death stare into my soul. Literally no reason had not interacted before. The pool parties are great on the days they are free for everyone but they are free for everyone so you don't need to stay in this hotel for it. Oh and the wifi sucks.

This hostel is very good. Even though it is the most expensive hostel in the island (maybe), but having swimming pool in koh phi phi is a must ! When I got to koh phi phi from lanta, the weather was too warm, I had to walk down the street with my massive backpack to this hostel for 10 minutes. Chilling in the pool when the weather is too warm is exactly what you need. Because during day time, the tide would be very low and you cant swim on the beach. The hostel itself is very nice. Everything is well managed, even though there is so much sand in the bathroom but this is very common. It would be the same in other hostels. If I ever come back to phi phi and had to stay in hostels, I would go back to this hostel.

Good staffs. Good location. Good pool party
