Good to stay because very near to Haram. The room so cosy and clean.

很棒的酒店，员工非常友好，干净整洁，景色优美（在三楼可以看到环游天房的仪式和城市景观），房间也很宽敞。如果真主允许，我下次来做副朝时还会入住多拉尔艾曼皇家酒店。

The room, hospitality, toiletries, reception is not like 5 star hotel.

Some of the advantages of this hotel are (1) it has a mosque that is connected to 4 other hotels with direct views of the Masjidil Haram (2) a comfortable lobby (3) connected to Al Safwah Tower and (4) the sound of the call to prayer, iqomah and prayer readings from the Masjidil Haram sounds perfect in the bedroom. On the other hand, the drawback is that the building is relatively old and services need to be optimized. I ordered at Traveloka with a capacity of 3 people including breakfast, but was only given breakfast for 2 people, They said I was asked to confirm with Traveloka so it seemed there was no coordination.

Hotel yang bagus, makanan enak, akses yang mudah ke masjid, tinggal masuk gedung safwah, naik lantai 3, langsung sampai, mudah mencari makanan di lantai 2, minus nya proses check in sangat lama, per orang bisa setengah jam

I stayed for 2 nights, I need new towel caused the old is wet on the 2nd day. When asked new towel, by phone no body came. My husband turn around the flour for seeked house keeping. But the house keeping asked the old towel for return. So he came back to room took the old first then got the new one from the house keeping. Also water is limited only 2 botles no more. They asked us to check out by knocking the door at 11 am. I decided to not overstay. 2 night just enough and find the other hotel who is humality more.

Hotel nyaman dekat dengan masjidil haram. Turun ekskalator langsung halaman masjid. Kamar nyaman. Masjid hotel juga nyaman. Menu buka puasa timur tengah dengan desert semacam turkish delight. Alhamdulillah. Meskipun harga ramadhan naik 3x lipatnya.

Menyenangkan, hoyel dekat akses mudah.

Hotel dekat haram, makanan enak dan lengkap, pelayanan sigap dan ramah.

We really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean with good bathroom amenities. The location is very strategic near to the Harram Mosque. Prices are quite competitive. If there is an opportunity to return to the Umrah service, we will stay in this Hotel, God willing.

Setiap kali ke Mekkah pilihan utama saya adalah hotel Royal Dar Eiman. Lokasinya terbaik. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Cleaning Servicenya baik-baik. Dan yang istimewa makan paginya. Hemm, hanya WiFi-nya yang nggak bebas. Anda harus melapor dulu ke resepsionis, padahal apalah artinya WiFi.

Ini yang kedua kali saya menginap disini, lokasi memang bagus, tapi pelayanan tambah buruk. Mulai dari petugas trolley yang sulit dipanggil untuk ambil bagasi smp uang tip yang harus ngasih besar. Kamar 3 malam yang minta ada pengihatan malah dikasih pemandangan tembok. Kasur 3 single malah 1 di kusah kecil buat anak-anak. Sarapan yang dulu ada indonesian food, tapi hanya ada sarapan internasional, bahkan omelettun tidak ada. kami dari asia, sarapan sangat tidak sesuai lidah kami. Jaringan WiFi yang lelet dan buruk. Saya akan pilih hotel lain jika kembali kesana.

Resepsionis ngerti english, kamar bagus dikasih al quran kecil bertuliskan nama hotel, dekat sekali dengan mesjid, check-in dan out lumayan mudah.

Kamar dan pelayanan lainnya sangat enak. Tapi proses check-in agak susah, harus minta nomor antrean dulu ke manajer, terus visa dan paspor harus kita siapkan (fotokopi atau soft copy boleh), kemampuan bahasa inggris resepsionis dan petugas lainnya.

The receptionist could not speak English. The check in process did not go smoothly. The hotel said they did not have my reservation in their list. It was such a horrible experience.
