Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. This property is easily accessible from I-40 in Knoxville, and is an easy drive to campus, shopping, and restaurants. The property was clean and relatively modern, even if lacking the polish of some other properties. Beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. On-site breakfast is well-stocked and good for traveling families. Indoor pool and fitness center are small, but clean and serviceable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the noise. The property is on a frontage road immediately parallel to the interstate. Rooms facing the interstate have a lot of road noise. Rooms facing the back of the property are much quieter. Noise dampening curtains would go a long way.

Easy stop in Knoxville area

This was our best place to stay in Knoxville!

The evening and night clerk were both great.

I like everything about this place. No complaints. This is my "GO-TO" sleepover when in town!

Great place to stay – friendly staff

The clerk at check-in was very friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. There was biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash, brown potatoes, and a bunch of cold stuff. I travel to a lot of places and most of them don’t have breakfast this good.

It was a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy access to UT rec athletics fields.

Good breakfast

Only complaint i had was that the pool was advertised as heated but was awfully cold. Other than that it was very comfortable and clean. Close to the hospital like i was looking for.

This property is convenient and centrally located - not far from downtown.-- so a less expensive option to downtown. We stayed on the fourth floor- there is some interstate noise staying on the front side on the fourth floor. The first floor didn't have that noise. I suggest if one is staying on an upper floor to get a room on the back side of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. We liked Claire who helped us with check-in. .

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and beds were very comfortable. Had good options for breakfast.

Staff was great but the hotel is right next to the interstate so very noisy when you have a room facing the interstate. Food was fine but some of the machines were not in use. Room was somewhat updated but had loose fixtures and peeling wallpaper.

Dead bolt on door not engaging

Although we just spent one night in this facility, I give it a 10! The check in was quick, and the person who checked us in was very personable and answered our questions. Our room was very clean, bathroom well stocked with linens and products, and very comfortable beds. The free breakfast had a very good variety of hot and cold items, and very good coffee! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Knoxville again!

It is a very nice hotel. It's very clean and convenient to the hospital where we were visiting our grandson.
